The Founders in deciding what form of government was to be established, made the decision by examining what type of governments were being used around the globe and those throughout history of civilization. At the time the predominant government type was the monarchy. England had established a monarchy like that of the classic Roman republic where there was one head of government with a body of representatives of the people; being a monarchy with a parliament instead of a senate. Later England would remove the monarchy with a prime minister that was chosen by vote by the people and parliament became more than just an advisory committee of a king or queen. But before that occurred, the American colonists, who wanted better, more direct, representation sent King George a Declaration of Independence in defiance to a monarchy that refused to listen to the people.

Senators of Congress believe they are a "small business" operation?
Congress should NEVER exempt itself from any law they impose upon the American people. If they do not like it for themselves - make sure it does not pass or repeal it.
The AHA, called "Obamacare" should never have passed by a responsible Congress. Members of the federal government receive perks, benefits, and get away with exemptions that you and I cannot make. Income tax has been a sore upon the American people and those who most violate or seek loopholes are members of the government who refuses to repeal the 16th Amendment which would get rid of the IRS or at least reduce it to a small auditing agency instead of an arm of the American Gestapo.

Collectorz - DVD Database Review

I purchased the Collectorz video database so I could keep track of my DVDs, organize them, and easily find movies to select for viewing. The program worked great and cost me $30.
Each time there was an upgrade, it would cost me at least $10, no problem. Now upgrades cost $49.95.
No problem, I said, if I don't want or need an upgrade, no problem. I am happy with the version I have because it does what I want it to do. When I purchased the original program I bought the CD version to keep in software library in case I purchased a new computer or had a crash.
Unfortunately, Collectorz decided that it would force people to upgrade to their latest version by putting a block on it so you cannot use it to add new DVDs; as I found out. You can use the database with what is already in the library, but when adding a new one to your collection - sorry, the pop-up says, you must upgrade to use it.
Too bad because Collectorz not only offers a database program for movies, but also books, games, comics, and music.
I guess some folks get too greedy.

If you follow the political and economic career of Hillary Clinton, whenever a scandal arises that shows unethical or illegal actions, it is written off as a "mistake". Like, it was a "mistake" when her law firms records that was supposed to be turned over to the authorities, found in a closet at the White House when the Clintons moved in.
The "mistake" of $6 billion unaccounted for during Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State - and the now more "mistakes" or so-called "errors" show that the Clinton Foundation did not report millions of dollars of foreign donations.
Reuters reported that the Clinton "charities" will be refiling tax returns and will undergo another audit.
As a senator, Hillary's record shows that she did not earn her congressional paycheck. Her record as Secretary of State would be uneventful if it wasn't for her obvious incompetence and criminal actions (like Benghazi), certainly could not be deemed productive as far as any benefit for the United States concerning foreign affairs.
Despite all of this, she has the audacity to begin her campaign to become the "first woman president"; expecting everyone, as too many in the past have done, to ignore her history of "mistakes". In almost every scandal that the Clintons were involved in, people were prosecuted and some went to prison, while Bill and Hillary marched on without a noticeable slowing of their political step.
Based on the history of her "mistakes" and "errors" alone, why would anyone trust her to represent the United States as President, and become our commander-in-chief? Obama has not improved the economy, as his predecessor failed to do; and has set up our nation for a serious national security problem - a disaster worse than Americans have ever had to endure. And now Obama's comrade of the democratic-socialist party, Hillary Clinton, wants We the People to put her in the White House.
What a joke, if the situation was not so serious.

Baltimore Violence Continues and President Obama Speaks Out

Briefly mentioning the despicable rioting and looting in Baltimore, President Obama went on during his Rose Garden press conference with the Japanese Prime Minister, to term what is happening in Baltimore is a crisis, not because of looting and burning, but because of “racially motivated police brutality” - this time he says such acts is inexcusable and criminal. He continued by describing the problem in 'Black' communities and how wrong the whole affair is. President Obama condemned the “criminals and thugs” who were part of rioting and looting, adding: “there's no excuse for the kind of violence that we saw”.

Government IS The Problem - Let's Find A Solution Now

The Internet, for example, was not created by the government and neither was the power grid. It was invented and put into implementation by private sector inventors with a vision and visionary investors. The Internet has done so well because government was only allowed limited control, but that is soon to change with the control freaks of the Obama administration. Indeed, Bell Telephone was the first communication entity, which was handled by the government until the US Supreme Court decided it best not to be a monopoly entity and turned it over to the private sector.

Ben Affleck Demonstrates Hollywood Hypocrisy

Ben Affleck made the news involved in a scandal concerning the progressives who operate the so-called Public Broadcasting System (PBS). The gist of it is that Affleck pressured to not release that his ancestors were slave owners while involved in a PBS documentary. Progressives, some erroneously called them "liberals", like to water down and change words to suit their political and cultural propaganda. In this example, censorship is replaced with flowery words/phrase: "collective collaborative process" - key word for socialism is "collective".
The problem with PBS and the NPR (National Public Radio) is that it is big government propaganda and narrow minded - subsidized by your tax money. The question why has never been answered and Congress has never sent its socialist agenda into the private sector where the PBS/NPR would solely rely upon funding and paid advertisement.

Hillary Clinton in her campaign to get support for 2016, has accused President Obama of stalling out the creation of small business in the United States. Kind of like accusing one's boss of something and not admitting to one's own guilt in the matter.

White House Press Secretary, Josh Earnest tried to dodge the question concerning the topic by an ABC news reporter, Jonathan Karl, but failed. So, Earnest did what his boss is known for: blamed it on the Republicans. But if any American has been paying attention, it is only recently that the Republicans have had the majority in Congress. Congressional Members to Propose Gas Tax Hike

Here is a copy of what I sent to my congressional members, and I suggest you do the same. Now that fuel prices have lowered, helpful during present economic conditions - we do not need the federal government making it more expensive ... especially since they take too much anyway.

The federal gas tax was imposed to fund the construction of the interstate highway system and was originally supposed to sunset in 1969. It's long past time to return this power to the states and local governments without running money through a huge Washington bureaucracy.
Any tax hike would be a step in the wrong direction.
Wage growth has been stagnant for several years, and higher gas taxes would take back the financial relief families are finally feeling as prices at the pump have eased.
I urge you to vote NO on any proposed federal gas tax hike, including the Corker-Murphy and Renacci-Pascrell proposals.

Global Cooling: Looking for Common Sense and Plans to Adapt

I am so sick of so-called scientists and 'experts' crying about climate change and sporadic weather patterns that is natural history of the planet we call Earth – Terraforma.

The morons of the Nobel council gave Al Gore a prize for his crusade about what he termed 'global warming'. For that matter, when Barack Obama first became president they gave him a Nobel Peace prize for what reason I still have not been able to surmise. Obama has declared that climate change is a national security - not his amnesty program or border invasion on US southern border. The sad and alarming thing is not enough people are laughing at him or showing their disgust with his lying.

With all of this junk scientific jargon, it is no wonder that the general public has a dim view or look favorably upon the scientific community.

Loretta Lynch: Facts Against Her Appointment Are NOT Racial

Clarice Feldman (American Thinker) artfully points out that if there is any racism it is coming from the Obama administration ... replacing a black with a black instead of replacing someone who believes in constitutional law. Like President Obama, Lynch is being chosen for her race, not qualifications. Eric Holder received unanimous confirmation vote to become US Attorney General, so what could be against him except his record in office and ignoring constitutional law? Indeed, his actions demonstrated that he believes that he, and his boss, are above the law.
Write to the Senate and tell them we do not need another Eric Holder, we need a constitutional US Attorney General, whatever be their race. Why would We the People want another Holder in office? She has proven during interviews that she sees nothing wrong with the unconstitutional act of Obama's amnesty and his defiance against a court order to stop his amnesty program until court action is taken is a hallmark of many unconstitutional acts disregarding the separation of powers and limited powers and authority of the executive branch.
If the Democrats want to examine racism, just take a look at the Ferguson, Missouri affair or how Obama treats long-time ally, Israel; while not addressing the problems with global Islamic Jihadism or ignoring the plight of Christian persecution and murders. Anti-Semitism and anti-Christian in actions, inaction, and words.

US Supreme Court: Oral Arguments Concerning Gay Marriage on April 28th

On April 28^th, the United States Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on whether to attempt, once and for all, the deconstruction and redefinition of the institution of marriage. The court will then hand down a decision by the end of June.

April 24^th is Tax Freedom Day, days after the dreaded April 15^th tax burden day executed by the infamous IRS. This year the government (federal, state, and local), will take 114 days of your labor to pay into the income tax system. The slick tax system promises a 'return' in the early part of the next year – some will get most of it back, some will get all of it back, and others will pay for both. It is forced income redistribution at its best.

Though President Obama’s DISCLOSE Act eventually failed to pass in Congress, the IRS agency responsible for approving the status of 501(c) groups effectively shut down approvals of new conservative groups for two years. The long delay was eventually publicized when an Inspector General investigation uncovered the divergent treatment given to conservative groups. The acting IRS director was fired in the wake of the targeting revelation. Lois Lerner, the government official who oversaw the portion of the IRS responsible (and who had echoed President Obama’s concerns about Citizens United) refused to testify before Congress about her involvement.

As you already know because the media has gone into a frenzy over a Florida postal worker flying his gyrocopter to the Capital no-fly zone to deliver two-page letters to all members of Congress personally there is great concern about Capital Hill security. It was all about dissatisfaction of Doug Hughes over the campaign financing issue. The man did not mean any harm, but it was a stupid action. He could have easily had just mail them like everyone else. Mr. Hughes made a video to let people know ahead of time and informed the Tampa Bay Times what he was going to do. The newspaper staff and editors did not warn the Capitol grounds authorities.

FCC Regulates Internet June 12th - What Are You Doing to Stop It?

On June 12^th, FCC will implement Obama's plan to regulatory control of the Internet with the agenda to raise higher taxes and fees to counter the Obama administration's over-the-board spending. Unless Congress takes action or a court grants a stay, in less than two months we can say goodbye to probably the last free-market enterprise and symbol of freedom of what is left of constitutional liberties. Without regulations and limited taxes, it represents the last part of the private sector that is not controlled and used as a means to further federal bureaucracy. The FCC already published the regulation in the Federal Register.

Is your representative and senator doing something about this unconstitutional act without congressional oversight and vote for legislation to make the regulatory control legal?

Hillary Clinton is Officially Running for President in 2016

Proving that she has no conscious, Hillary Clinton is officially on the campaign trail for presidential election 2016. To begin, in an interview, she found it difficult to pinpoint her accomplishments as Secretary of State and her campaign rhetoric is all generic and general points of what she actually did.

What should be revealed is two important events that happened while she was Secretary of State: (1) $6 billion unaccounted for, and (2) Benghazi fiasco.

Reflections: 21st Century Beginning Not As Hoped

Reflections after looking at visits from an international audience, I can see that the Internet belongs to the People – not governments. This is true no matter what nation you live in. Once upon a time, the United States was a role model – not for democracy, but for the constitutional republic, freedom and liberty, and the rule of law For the People and By the People. Because of our bankrupt foreign policy, perpetuated by politicians who approach problems with the same failed domestic/foreign policies; we are no longer looked upon as such.

This does not mean that I have given up on my country, or not loyal to my fellow Americans, or intend to use the apologetic approach of Obama and Kerry; but looking at problems objectively with an agenda toward true reformation. That can only happen by We the People and that being true for all people from any nation.

The Massachusetts health reform legislation, signed into law by then Governor Mitt Romney, was a model of the so-called Obamacare, perpetuated by the same architects. John Goodman wrote:

President Obama told us that the new FCC regulation would make broadband internet more accessible to the people. He lied. He said that everyone should have broadband, but failed to mention it was just a scheme for the tax and spend politicians in Washington, DC.

FCC Chairman, Tom Wheeler dismissed the idea of new taxes and fees as a myth. He lied.

Big Government politicians have been trying to get their mitts on the Internet for some time now, and, yes, it is reported that the taxman cometh.

Does anyone realize that the government taxes the same money twice? First they grab their 'share' from your paycheck, then they get more from the myriad of taxes from whatever is left of your paycheck, YOUR income.

Did you know that public utilities are taxed at a higher rate than other businesses? It reflects on your monthly bill.

Truth: What A Concept

For too many truth is unbearable to realize, as Derek Hunter points out in his article, Truth Is For Suckers.

Rolling Stone magazine made money by lying in a story entitled A Rape On Campus. The lie hurt people because a college fraternity and several of its members were named. The magazine was about a rape victim known only as Jackie. It turned out that Jackie is a really expert fabulist storyteller. Eric Wemple, Washington Post, stated that the story was a complete crock. The author of the article was Sabrina Erdely who as of this writing is still employed as a 'journalist'. Too bad she can't be treated as an unethical lawyer and be 'disbarred' from journalism. Maybe if the journalism society and its universities would develop such a system we would have more reliable news reporting and journalists who want to discover and reveal truth rather than suppress it.

DOJ Issued 100,000 Illegal Alien Permits Despite Injunction

The Department of Justice, like their boss and the Obama Crime Family, apparently do not think they must abide by the law. Despite an injunction, the DOJ issued 100,000 illegal alien work permits and the process for them to collect benefits as if they were legal citizens began.
President Obama is dangerous. He cannot run for office again and it is apparent that he does not care if he operates out of constitutional law. He looks upon Congress and constitutionalists as if they were enemies of the state.
The sad thing, despite plenty of documentation that could start impeachment hearings, it will never happen because as they have claimed all along, it would be racist - and the GOP establishment does not have the intestinal fortitude.
It is sad that the first American of African descent would be the worst president it US history. With all the noble and honest folks out there, could the majority not have chosen someone worthy of that honor? I fear the same thing will happen when a progressive female bids for presidential office, the biggest nightmare would be Hillary Clinton; and anyone objecting to her policies and anti-constitutional actions would be called a sexist - once again staining an historical landmark.
I really do not care what gender or race that an American citizen who becomes president or a member of Congress - as long as they put constitutional law before anything else and get the US out of its domestic economic status as well as clean up our foreign policies we have kept for far too long.

Obama Iran Nuclear Deal: No Clause for Israel's Right To Exist

You have read in the news about Obama's foreign policy record and how he has insulted and ignored the PM of Israel in his request to be backed up against Islamic fascism; and, of course, the recent disaster of the nuclear 'talks' with Iran. Israel has been wrongly condemned and insulted by the general members of the United Nations. Threats coming from Iran are well documented.
Obama has openly dismissed the notion that Iran must recognize the existent of Israel and cease aggression against Jews (and Christians). Our president has sided with a known terrorist supporter and making way for Iran to be a nuclear armed nation - no matter what delusional rhetoric he has stated or promises (remember Obamacare promises) he makes. Obama is opening a Pandora box that will lead to nuclear chaos and detrimental to our national security and our allies.
Remember how well Bill Clinton handled the nuclear question with North Korea? Giving in to a rogue nation in the name of 'negotiation' is like giving your lunch money to the school bully and thinking that will be the end of violence.

Hillary Clinton has a public defender, Karen Finney, her official 'title' is Strategic Communications Adviser and Senior Spokesperson. She is an echo mouthpiece using what Hillary has used all her political life: character assassination on anyone who is not a Democrat and/or a supporter. Hillary has hired her to clean up her public image. Hopefully it will not work this time and enough Americans have awaken from their apathetic trance.

Hinney is using Hillary's tactical ammunition and even key words like “right-wing nut-job (wacko), mean spirited, and all the other labels that she and her comrades play out. The Progressive demonstrations and protests consistently are played out and ends in violence. When was the last time you heard of a conservative demonstration and protest gathering that was violent? It is what socialists do. They could never possibly operate in the vein of truth and when confronted with facts they become like a cornered rat.

Your Tax Dollars: Free Plane Rides for Central Americans

The flow of illegal immigrants crossing the Texas border is close to the same level as last year and last summer there was an historical amount of children crossing the border traveling from Central American countries courtesy of freight trains of Mexico. Despite having more strict immigration laws than the US, Mexican officials turn their heads, like US executive branches have done for decades, in the landmark invasion of illegal immigration.

Progressives have no drawn line when it comes to spending tax money. Now the Obama administration is providing commercial airline flights for children of illegal immigrants already in the United States using your tax dollars. It is a program added to the already expensive political move to create instant citizens who will become future dedicated Democrats. Parents on the Obama illegal amnesty program are eligible for the free transportation as reported by Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller. The program is tailored for children under 21 who are living in El Salvador, Guatemala, or Honduras.
