Congress Exempts Itself as Small Business on Obamacare
Congress should NEVER exempt itself from any law they impose upon the American people. If they do not like it for themselves - make sure it does not pass or repeal it.
The AHA, called "Obamacare" should never have passed by a responsible Congress. Members of the federal government receive perks, benefits, and get away with exemptions that you and I cannot make. Income tax has been a sore upon the American people and those who most violate or seek loopholes are members of the government who refuses to repeal the 16th Amendment which would get rid of the IRS or at least reduce it to a small auditing agency instead of an arm of the American Gestapo.
Make your voice heard and make sure your representative and senator is towing the constitutional line.

Under Obamacare, 10 million people will lose their employer-provided insurance by 2021 – or one out of sixteen workers – a number that is ten times the original estimate, according to the Congressional Budget Office. The CBO also estimates that 31 million people will remain uninsured despite a price tag of $2 trillion, begging the question, was there not a better way to do this than socializing the U.S. health system?

The Unafforable Care Act and Economic Reality (What a Concept)
You will find that it either matches or exceeds
what you pay in rent or mortgage payments each month. Those insurance
premiums cover your vehicle, your home (or renter's insurance), life
insurance, and health insurance. Another reason for the Affordable
Care Act's failure. It does not address the issues and reasons
why health care is so costly. In the case of health care insurance,
despite its high-cost premiums – they only pay out 80%, which means
that you are not just paying too much per month for premiums, but
when having a stay at a hospital (where it costs $500 just to walk
in), you are also paying 20% of the bill.

More Details About the Obamacare Lie
Jonathan Gruber, MIT professor and architect of the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) is in a video interview from April 2014, released to the media - that is any media who will address the issue.
The mainstream media that downplays negative news about Democrats, while Nancy Pelosi lie that she did not anything about Gruber is revealed.
In the latest revelation, Gruber is recorded on video stating that states are refusing medicaid for certain sectors of the population.
To boil it down simply, the Affordable Health Care Act, commonly referred to Obamacare, which is the prime legacy of the inept president, is a disaster - and will get worse as time goes on. Those that pushed it to pass Congress lied to the American people. Only the staunch supporters and stupid people still trust Democrats - and "moderate" Republicans.
There is no need to fix it, yet there is going to be a problem in stopping it immediately until the federal government figures out how to do so without screwing over the public; which if the program continues will certainly screw over the populace as well as drive the United States deeper in debt - which would be disastrous.
It is an example of how a socialist form of government cannot work. It has been demonstrated in history, but too many Americans just do not get it, as Gruber refers to them as "stupid voters".

That also applies to the illegal immigration issue - even in his autobiography, Obama had mentioned how illegal immigration can be detrimental and worsen the US unemployment situation.

Oklahoma Lawmaker's Bill Threatens To Arrest Any Federal Bureaucrat Who Attempts To Enforce Obamacare

If one Oklahoma lawmaker gets his way, any federal agent who comes the
Sooner state trying to enforce the Patient Protection and Affordable
Care Act – a.k.a. Obamacare – will face jail time, a $5,000 fine … or
both.
State Rep. Mike Ritze, R-Broken Arrow, believes Obamacare is
blatantly unconstitutional and it is his state’s right and
responsibility to declare it “null and void” under the U.S.
Constitution’s 10th Amendment, which states any powers not delegated to
the federal government are “reserved to the states respectively, or to
the people.”
“I feel very strongly that the 10th Amendment is basically the
watchdog of republic,” Ritze told WND. “The federal government was never
intended to be as overreaching as it has been with Obama’s health-care
act.”
Ritze authored a bill earlier this year, HB 1276, which essentially
“nullified” Obamacare in Oklahoma, a controversial approach to fighting
the law, but one Ritze believes is legal and justified.
“The Founding Fathers gave us nullification,” Ritze told WND. “James
Madison and Thomas Jefferson spoke about it, in the Kentucky Compact,
for example, asserting we [the states] created the federal government,
not the other way around.”
Ritze cited several precedents, including when states in 1798
nullified the federal Sedition Act, which declared anyone openly
speaking against the federal government could face charges of treason.
“They overruled it,” Ritze explained to the Tulsa Beacon. “States started saying they were not going to recognize it.”
Ritze also cited to WND the precedent of northern states during the
Civil War that nullified federal laws requiring the return of runaway
slaves and the recent example of his state of Oklahoma, which nullified
the Real ID Act mandating states put microchips in drivers’ licenses.
Twenty-two states don’t recognize federal laws against possession of
marijuana, he said, including California, which boasts hundreds of
businesses selling marijuana in violation of federal law.

Happy Independence Day! Could This Be Our Last?

Folks, I am in Las Vegas preparing for the Campaign to Defeat Obama July 4th Telethon. We are raising funds to wage campaigns in four states which Obama won last election. Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio and Nevada are “in-play” this time around. Fifty electoral votes are up for grabs. Fifty electoral votes to Romney means fifty votes not going to Obama. I am co-hosting the telethon.
The driver who took me to my hotel said Las Vegas is struggling, thousands have been laid off and the housing market is in the tank. We both questioned, how on earth could Harry Reid have gotten reelected. But that's another story.
I could say this is our last July 4th as free Americans. However, I refuse to believe that. Yes, the task before us is quite challenging. Obamacare equals the end of freedom in America – government control of every aspect of our lives including who lives and who dies. A death panel will decide whether or not it makes economic sense to approve grandma's transparent. And by the way, to all those knuckleheads who believe the lie – Obamacare “ain't” free and it will be rationed.
Decades of indoctrination by liberal media and public schools has created a generation unlike their parents – people who were grateful for an opportunity to earn a living and did not feel entitled. Our parent's mindset was Government Welfare was something you took as a last resort until you got back on your feet. Obama has 47% of the country on food stamps and is running ads to recruit more.
The massive dark cloud of Obamacare looms large over our heads. Many patriots are depressed. I refuse to join their chorus. I still believe God has His Hand on America.
Patriots, we must vote out Obama and repeal Obamacare. This will require maintaining the House, winning the Senate and dethroning our socialist dictator.
This is why I and my committed team of patriots along with Conservative leaders across America are spending this Independence Day raising funds to take back America! God help us.

I read the following Ronald Reagan quote later in the day after the Supreme Court shockingly declared Obamacare constitutional. Reagan's insight sent chills down my spine. Was he a prophet or what?
Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.”
Brothers and sisters, the day Reagan warned us about has arrived. June 28, 2012 freedom was ruled extinct in America. God help us.
My heart is heavy and my controlled anger runs deep. I can not and will not surrender my country to the evil dictator in the black Iron Man suit without one heck of a knock-down drag-out political fight.
I am going to blog until my fingers bleed. I am going to tea party across America as many times as necessary. I will double down passionately using my vocal, songwriting and speaking skills to save my country.

While I share your frustration, pain and sorrow, this is no time to say screw it and throw in the towel. We can, must and will defeat this Leviathan attacking our country from within. The Bible says evil spreads itself as a powerful huge oak tree, but its roots are shallow and weak.
Patriots, our roots are powerful and deep, securely planted in the good soil of truth, honor and righteousness. And yes, I believe God is on our side.
Obama's evil army (mainstream media, the democrat leadership and his idiot deadbeat supporters) appear powerful. They are not. Their foundation is built on lies and deceit which is sinking sand.
It is time to pull out all the stops – kick our activism up to the next level. What did that chef use to say? Oh yeah, he said, “Bam!” whenever he kicked the favor up to a new level.
Every patriot must continue doing their part, but on a new level. No effort is too small. Gov. Scott Walker illustrated what one committed conservative can achieve. Together, with all hands on deck, we will defeat this vile anti-America dictator in November.
The November election will mark the beginning of us winning numerous elections needed to restore our great nation to Ronald Reagan's shining city on a hill.

If Obamacare Is Ok, Let's Require Every Household To Buy A Gun

Now that the Roberts Court has affirmed that the government has the
power to mandate purchases of private goods and services as long as it’s
structured as a tax, I propose that we put this new-found authority in
the service of an explicit Constitutional right. For far too
long, too many Americans have suffered from an inequal distribution of
firearms, despite the Second Amendment’s express exhortation to “keep
and bear arms,” in large part because income inequality in this nation
has kept the poor and working classes from having the proper protection
for themselves and their loved ones. We need to end this disparity now
by applying the ObamaCare model immediately.
First, the government needs to issue a mandate that all households
must own at least one firearm. We will need a federal agency to ensure
that people aren’t just buying cheap BB guns or .22 pistols, even though
that may be all they need or want. It has to be 9mm or above, with .44
magnums getting a one-time tax credit on their own. Let’s pick an
agency known for its aptitude on firearms and home protection to issue
required annual certifications each year, without which the government
will have to levy hefty fines. Which agency would do the best job?
Hmmmm … I know! How about TSA? With their track record of excellence,
we should have no problems implementing this mandate.
Supreme Court: What Constitutional Article Put Govt in Charge of My Health Care?
As I am sure you have read or heard by
now – the Supreme Court ruling on the so-called constitutionality
of ObamaCare. The mandate, which was the biggest argument has been
upheld by the high court as a “tax”. Well, Jisya upholds
that all non-Muslims be charged a surtax unless they convert. So
because it is a tax, this makes it right?

what article or amendment, in the Constitution of the United States

Dear Patriots,
I am heartbroken, but fired-up more than ever! If the Tea Party was dying, the Supreme Court upholding Obamacare is unquestionably the rebirth of the Tea Party.
I briefly mourned the death of America as we know it. Upon stabilizing my emotions, I realized that as a Christian, I must trust God. I know some of you will want to slap me across the face for my optimism. Perhaps, the Supreme Court ruling is a blessing in disguise.
Had Obamacare been ruled unconstitutional, Obama's reelection team, which includes the mainstream media, would have launched a shock-and-awe campaign ranting – Four racist white guys and a black Uncle Tom took away your health care! The Supreme Court ruling has taken that evil low-rent scumbag way-of-thinking narrative away from the democrats.
I believe the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare will unify a majority of Americans to crawl over broken glass and walk across burning hot coals to vote for Mitt Romney. Obama getting a second term will mark the end of freedom and America as we know it.
Anyone who emails me saying they will not vote for Romney because he is not conservative enough, I will hunt you down and slap you! Just kidding, but you get my point.
Folks, we are about to lose our country. All foolishness, selfishness and pettiness must be cast aside.
We have been given an issue, repeal Obamacare, to rally voters to defeat Obama in a landslide. Let's roll!

It will slam every business owner and every one of the 50% of Americans who currently pay their taxes. But What About Justice For Zimmerman?

I keep thinking of an episode of the 1973 TV show, “Kojak: The Marcus-Nelson Murders.” Homicide detective Kojak suspects that the black teenager accused of murdering two white girls is being framed by his fellow detectives.
The case gets a lot of media attention; politics and careers enter the mix. The frightened accused black kid pleads his innocence to detective Kojak who believes him. Kojak educates the defendant to the cold harsh reality of the situation. Kojak informed the kid that despite his innocence, the case had become such a political hot button and because the police held the kid in jail for so long, he must be found guilty of something.
I see this same scenario developing in the Martin/Zimmerman case.
Most Americans desire a fair and just outcome of this tragedy. But, Lord help us if the evidence proves Zimmerman to be innocent. If Zimmerman is ruled not-guilty and allowed to walk, I foresee Rodney King-type riots in the streets. Thus, is Zimmerman's fate already sealed? Will a jury decide Zimmerman must be declared guilty of something?
While Al Sharpton, New Black Panthers and all of the other racist race-hustling usual suspects clamor for justice for Trayvon Martin, I wonder if justice is even possible for George Zimmerman.
Will political correctness ensure that Zimmerman be found guilty of something regardless of the evidence?
Tragically and frighteningly, we live in a time in which the law and truth appears to be losing relevance in America.
For example. Clearly, the individual mandate in Obamacare is unconstitutional. And yet, Obama believes he can bully the Supreme Court to rule in his favor because “he” believes the mandate is a good thing. Ponder that folks, the president is pressuring U.S. Supreme Court justices to bend the truth and the law to suit his desires. Obama, the president who would be King.
For years, Democrats have been trying to abort the thorn-in-the-side stumbling block to their socialistic agenda known as the U.S. Constitution. Who could have imagined deceiving the American people into putting a black Trojan Horse extreme left liberal into the Oval Office would “Git-r-done”?
If Obama successfully forces U.S. Supreme Court justices to succumb to his politically correct interpretation of the law and rule Obamacare constitutional, setting such a precedence could mean so-called “white Hispanic” George Zimmerman is toast. It would mean facts, truth and the law are no longer relevant – only what the people/mob want rules the day.
Regardless if the evidence proves otherwise, Zimmerman will be found guilty of “something” to avoid riots in the streets. We are talking political correctness on steroids.
Folks, I am not saying Zimmerman is innocent. I do not know. I am simply saying in these morally bankrupt times in which we live, I am concerned that facts and truth are becoming irrelevant.
Since Zimmerman posted $150,000 bail, here are just a few of the shocking tweets calling for violence against him.

Regardless if the evidence proves otherwise, Zimmerman will be found guilty of “something” to avoid riots in the streets. We are talking political correctness on steroids.
Folks, I am not saying Zimmerman is innocent. I do not know. I am simply saying in these morally bankrupt times in which we live, I am concerned that facts and truth are becoming irrelevant.

Have you heard the slightest hint of media outrage over the threats on Zimmerman's life? Have you heard any rebuke or threat of the Obama administration taking action against these thugs? Oh I know, they are still busy investigating Ted Nugent for passionately encouraging voters to “vote” Obama out in November.
But seriously folks, the media and Obama administration’s passivity regarding the threats on Zimmerman's life is shocking and should be an eye opener to us all. Anyone on the left's excrement list can expect no justice and no peace.
If those threatening Zimmerman's life are black, Attorney General Eric Holder has pretty much given them a pass. In 2010, Justice Department whistle-blower, J. Christian Adams said word came down from above to, “Never bring another lawsuit against a black or other national minority, apparently no matter what they do.”
Where was the national media investigation, outrage and clamors for Holder's immediate resignation? Are we living in an Obama administration parallel universe bizarre-o world? Do I really need to state the obvious re-action had there been accusations of Bush's Justice Department saying they would not pursue white defendants?
No presidential call for civility toward George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is for the most part, on his own. All Zimmerman can do is hide. My fellow Americans, this is so very, very wrong. What is becoming of our great country? Lord help us!

A Black Man: The Progressives' Perfect Trojan Horse

As millions of my fellow Americans, I am extremely angry, outraged, and devastated by the Democrats' unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The People. Despite our screaming "no" from the rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our throats. Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. "Don't urinate on me and tell me it's raining."
Democrats say that their mission is to give all Americans health care. The Democrats are lying. Signing ObamaCare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America.
I keep asking myself: How did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done? Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda? I think not.
Ironically, proving that America is completely the opposite of the evil, racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America's goodness, guilt, and sense of fair play against her. In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology. They offered America a modern-day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted, golden, shiny new black man as a presidential candidate. Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean and articulate African-American candidate. Democrat Harry Reid said that Obama uses a black dialect only when he wants to.
White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man, naïvely believing that they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again. Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America's sins of the past.
Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said, "I'm votin' for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me."
Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressives' young, handsome, articulate, and so-called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusations of being a racist nation. Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.
Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man. A raging army of Democrats charged out. Without mercy, they began their vicious, bloody slaughter of every value, freedom, and institution we Americans hold dear, launching the end of America as we know it.
Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of backdoor deals, the Democrats landed a severe blow to America and individual rights by passing ObamaCare.
The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism. Because I am a black Tea Party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question: "Why are you siding with these white racists against America's first African-American president?" I defend my fellow patriots who are white, stating, "These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama's skin color. They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda. Obama's race is not an issue."
Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama's race not being an issue. In reality, Obama's presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement. Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into ObamaCare. Obama's race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate, and most recently, even the Constitution of the United States. ObamaCare forces all Americans to purchase health care, which is clearly unconstitutional.
No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws. President Clinton tried universal health care. Bush tried social security reform. The American people said "no" to both presidents' proposals, and that was the end of it. So how can Obama get away with giving the American people the finger? The answer: He is black.
The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist. Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution, and planned, destructive pieces of legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president. Incredible.
My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by Obama's race or the historical context of his presidency. If we are to save America, the greatest nation on the planet, then Obama's progressive agenda must be stopped.

Will Clarence and Virginia Thomas succeed in killing Obama's health-care plan?

It has been, in certain respects, a difficult year for Clarence Thomas. In January, he was compelled to amend several years of the financial-disclosure forms that Supreme Court Justices must file each year. The document requires the Justices to disclose the source of all income earned by their spouses, and Thomas had failed to note that his wife, Virginia, who is known as Ginni, worked as a representative for a Michigan college and at the Heritage Foundation. The following month, seventy-four members of Congress called on Thomas to recuse himself from any legal challenges to President Obama’s health-care reform, because his wife has been an outspoken opponent of the law. At around the same time, Court observers noted the fifth anniversary of the last time that Thomas had asked a question during an oral argument. The confluence of these events produced the kind of public criticism, and even mockery, that Thomas had largely managed to avoid since his tumultuous arrival on the Court, twenty years ago this fall.
These tempests obscure a larger truth about Thomas: that this year has also been, for him, a moment of triumph. In several of the most important areas of constitutional law, Thomas has emerged as an intellectual leader of the Supreme Court. Since the arrival of Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., in 2005, and Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr., in 2006, the Court has moved to the right when it comes to the free-speech rights of corporations, the rights of gun owners, and, potentially, the powers of the federal government; in each of these areas, the majority has followed where Thomas has been leading for a decade or more. Rarely has a Supreme Court Justice enjoyed such broad or significant vindication.

U.K.'s National Health Service Is Now Rationing Operations

Hip replacements, cataract surgery and tonsil removal are among operations now being rationed in a bid to save the NHS money.
Two-thirds of health trusts in England are rationing treatments for "non-urgent" conditions as part of the drive to reduce costs in the NHS by £20bn over the next four years. One in three primary-care trusts (PCTs) has expanded the list of procedures it will restrict funding to in the past 12 months.
