Video: Sheriff Joe Arpaio's Press Conference Reveals Birth Certificate Fraud & A National Security Issue
Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse have been investigating claims that President Obama's birth certificate, which the White House published on its website in April 2011, is a forged document.
In March 2012 Arpaio held a press conference to reveal the posse's initial findings. The results of their six-month investigation are available in an e-book, which is a transcription of the first press conference. At the press conference the officials explained their findings and presented video evidence demonstrating how the document was forged. Afterwards, instead of asking questions about the evidence, the journalists simply attacked the messengers. The journalists arrived with preconceived notions about the motives of the investigation, and were totally incurious about the extensive evidence.
Since then, Arpaio's team has done more investigation to determine the meaning of handwritten numbers that appear in various boxes where there is also text. For example, in the box asking for the race of the father, the birth certificate says "African" and nearby is a handwritten number 9. The investigators found the woman whose signature appears on the document. She said the number was a code which the registrar used to indicate that the person reporting the birth did not provide an answer to the question. If so, why does "African" appear in the box? The document conflicts with itself. Furthermore, in 1961, "African" was not used as a race indicator by the registrar. That word did not become a part of the lexicon until the 80s. There were also anomalies with the birth certificate number, which is out of batch sequence.
Arpaio's investigation also discovered a very disturbing problem with Hawaii's issuance of birth certificates, which the investigators say affects national security and the naturalization and immigration process. Hawaii apparently allows anyone who has resided in the state for a year to report a birth without attestation, including births of children born anywhere in the world. By doing so, they have for decades potentially been conferring citizenship on people not born in the U.S. Hawaii's state law bypasses the legal naturalization process.
At the very least, Congress needs to investigate Hawaii's law and procedures. Arpaio also believes congressional hearings should be held to investigate the document posted on the White House website.

Typewriter Test Proves Obama's 'Official' Online Birth Certificate Is A Forgery

Is Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate a forgery? Definitely yes, for those of us who have spent a lifetime writing and producing technical documents, and who remember how they were produced in pre-computer days, and who have the technical expertise today to produce them using computers. For us, it's been an "open secret" that the document image released by the White House on April 27, 2011 is a complete fake.
Last year, as document experts researched the digital PDF posted at whitehouse.gov and published their findings on the internet, it quickly became clear that the "birth certificate" fails authenticity on at least three levels:
First, in the digital composition of the PDF, where even cursory analysis with Adobe Illustrator will reveal how it was constructed from digital snippets. (My personal favorite is where Illustrator reveals that the supposed rubber-stamp imprint of the registrar, Alvin T. Onaka, was shrunk 24% and rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise before it was added to the forgery.)
Second, without fancy (expensive!) software but just by magnifying the PDF about 4x, visible to the naked eye is the mixture of bitmap and grayscale elements which would not have been possible with an ordinary computer scan of a paper document. This is most obvious in the Bates-stamped certificate number, "61 10641" in the upper-right corner of the certificate; the "61 1064" digits are stark black, and the trailing "1" digit is shades of gray, and blurred. Certainly, somebody tampered with this number. Bitmap and grayscale mixtures can also be clearly seen in Line 18a, the parent's signature.
Third, in the typefaces, with at least two different typewriter fonts (maybe more) being used in the single document.
But the problem with most of this research is that it's "geeky," requiring at least some computer knowledge ("layers," "fonts," "anti-aliased," "chromatic aberration," and the like) to understand that the technical arguments for the "birth certificate" being fake are valid. Thus, it's very difficult to prove to the general public, which typically doesn't know much about documents except how to read them, that the Obama "birth certificate" really is a forgery.
So last summer, I wondered if there would be some way to demonstrate that this "birth certificate" is indeed a fake, just by looking at the document itself and without resorting to computer software or to any knowledge about how computers produce documents. And, after studying it for a while, I realized that the forgery fails the "pitch test."

In a front page story about a major FBI terrorism investigation, The Washington Post has reported that the targets include “Chicagoans who crossed paths with Obama when he was a young state senator and some who have been active in labor unions that supported his political rise.” The implication is that the trail could lead to the White House.
This is an unusual investigation that does not primarily involve Islamists. Instead, it is focused on elements of the old international communist networks that many people mistakenly thought had faded away with the collapse of the Soviet Union. Those under investigation are suspected of providing support to foreign terrorist organizations such as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in the Middle East, a Marxist group. The Post called them “Colombian and Palestinian groups designated by the U.S. government as terrorists.”
The investigations came into public view last September when the FBI raided the homes of several “activists,” as the Post called them. Some lived in Chicago.

The author of the best-selling "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President" charged today the resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of his participation in the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.
When the announcement about Bauer's departure was made today, the AP said he was returning to private practice and to "represent Obama as his personal attorney and as general counsel to Obama's re-election campaign."
He's being replaced by Kathy Ruemmler, who is a former assistant U.S. attorney.
The AP reported Obama praised Bauer, who before his White House post had defended Obama against lawsuits that challenged his eligibility to be president.

The following list is a state-by-state listing of addresses for Barack Obama and this will show with my accompanying search results from some of the expanded searches that were done on some addresses that were chosen at random by me that show the possibility of a voter fraud scheme during the 2008 Presidential election. The Phone numbers and the Street Names have been redacted for the protection of the individuals that are residing at these addresses. This search was solely done using Barack Obama’ only. Now count the SSNs that Obama is using.
We will begin these searches using Barack Obama’s name from West to East. Pay very close attention to the dates when Obama was supposedly associated with these addresses.

As noted by these documents there are 58 known addresses that have been connected to Barack Obama both prior to and after the 2008 Presidential election. Furthermore, in some randomly pulled addresses I clearly showed abnormalities as it pertains to fictitious names also associated to the addresses pulled for this report which are associated to Barack Obama showing possible evidence of
Voter Fraud in the 2008 Presidential election.
This report also clearly shows that there are many new SSN associated to Barack Obama with no clear understanding as to why/how he has had access to these numbers and why and for what purpose he was using these numbers.
A similar search will be conducted for Michelle Obama using the same technique as was used in gathering the information for this report for Barak Obama.

Skip Tracer Accidentally Discover's Obama's Real Estate Fraud, Tax Fraud, & Social Security Fraud
A professional skip tracer using the pseudonym "Al" was interviewed by Rick Wiles of TrueNews.org Radio. While tracing a debt unrelated to Barack Obama, Al was stunned when he bumped into Barack Obama's name, as well as another name, Harrison [Harry] J. Bounel. "Both" men are using the same social security number and the same address in Chicago, 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue. Al also uncovered massive real estate fraud on the property which the Obamas bought with Tony Rezko's help. Apparently, the property has had six Property Identification Number (PIN) changes in the deed in the last 6-7 years. PIN numbers never change, even when the property changes to new owners. Changing the PIN is illegal.
Al voted for Barack Obama, so his opinion of Obama has been utterly shattered as a result of his surprise findings.
In these three audio interviews, Al explains the tracing process he followed which led him to discover Obama's fraud. Needless to say, Al is scared, hence the pseudonym. As a result of his findings, Al said Obama should be arrested. In fact, he said anyone else associated with this level of fraud "couldn't make bail."

We’ve got a new entrant in the push to tie down the U.S. economy once and for all in the name of saving the environment, and skeptics of the green boondoggle could not have chosen a better advocate to make their case, however inadvertently.
More on this new entrant in a moment. First, a refresher of what it is they’re pushing. With the legislative death of cap-and-trade energy rationing, President Obama telegraphed his re-branding effort in that delightful “shellacking” press conference last November by saying “there are other ways to skin that cat.”
That cat is the long-held left-liberal goal of riding the global warming issue to a place that free people will never go if given an honest sales pitch. It is now to be skinned by something that also has a few names, just in case one becomes the punch-line that “global warming” has become.

OIG Study: Breeder Documents Used To Create Fraudulent Birth Certificates
Anyone even vaguely familiar with applications like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw, will find it easy to locate the multitude of manufactured layers that make up the pdf image. It is also possible, at least in Adobe Illustrator, to open Windows-->Actions, and find a play-by-play list of rotations, resizings, and transparency actions made to various layers. Such actions cannot be done if a document is simply scanned, not even if scanned with optical character recognition (OCR) software.
Whether or not Obama's birth certificate is real, birth certificate fraud is becoming extremely common in the U.S. due to a variety of factors. In 2000, at the request of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Inspector General put together a study titled "Birth Certificate Fraud." Apparently, "breeder documents" are used to obtain genuine documents such as passports, benefits, social security cards, etc. This makes it doubly difficult to detect fraudulent papers. Not impossible, but certainly difficult.
The following excerpts from the study highlight some of the key problems and recommendations. The entire report is 31 pages long, and is embedded below for those who are interested in more details.
EXCERPTS:
Birth Certificates Continue to be Used as “Breeder Documents” and are Easy to Obtain
Virtually all Federal and State agencies agree that fraudulent birth certificates are used as “breeder documents” to obtain the genuine documents needed to create new identities, and that fraudulent birth certificates are easy to obtain. Factors which contribute to their use as “breeder documents” include the following:
• currently, 6,422 different entities issue birth certificates. This large number of State, county, city, township, and other entities that issue birth certificates increases opportunities for fraud, theft, bribery, and other methods of illegally obtaining birth certificates;
• thirteen States allow “open” access to birth records, which allows virtually anyone to purchase copies of any birth certificates on file; and
• birth certificates can be purchased without identification from some vital records offices and issuing entities.
To further complicate the issue:
State Practices Create Opportunities for Fraud
It was the consensus of those we interviewed that a number of State practices create opportunities for fraud. Those practices include the following:
• delayed, amended, and midwife birth registrations that are based on affidavits of personal knowledge, include no documentary evidence, and are not often marked or overlaid accordingly;
• delays in matching death and birth records can make the identities of many deceased persons easy to assume between the time the person dies and the time the death and birth records are matched;
• questionable physical security situations that create opportunities for fraud; and
• limited oversight of local issuing entities by State vital records offices.
Fraudulent Birth Certificates are Hard to Detect
Differences in Paper, Security Features, Formats, and Signatures Make Fraudulent Birth Certificates Hard to Detect.
All State vital records offices issue birth certificates on security paper, but the security features vary from State-to-State. Some local offices also issue birth certificates on security paper, but in 14 of the local offices with local issuance they use different security paper than the State vital records office. (One local office we visited issues birth certificates on plain white bond paper.) The security features most often used by both State and local offices are serial numbers, watermarks, and micro- line printing. Other paper security features used include intaglio and steel-engraved borders, ultraviolet ink, security threads, substrate paper or ink, hidden voids, and latent images. A chart outlining the security features contained in the paper used by State vital records registrars is located in Appendix B.
Since at least 11 states are developing proof of eligibility requirements for presidential candidates, it would be wise for those legislators to consider the conclusions and recommendations cited within this report.
CONCLUSIONSBirth Certificates Alone do not Provide Conclusive or Reliable Proof of Identity
Many agencies and organizations request that individuals provide their birth certificates to receive a benefit or service, or to support the issuance of other documents often used for identity purposes (e.g., driver’s license). However, agencies who rely on birth certificates as a means of establishing identity must understand the limitations of accepting a birth certificate as proof of age, citizenship, or identity. For example, genuine documents obtained with counterfeit birth certificates can be used to obtain genuine birth certificates. Thus, it is inherently illogical to require someone to prove their identity using potentially fraudulent identity documents spawned by false birth certificates in order to obtain a birth certificate.
In Addition, Federal and State Program Administrators Should Assess the Proofs of Identity They Will AcceptEven if their security is improved, birth certificates may still not be the best proof of identity. For this reason, program administrators may not want to use birth certificates at all, or use them only with other documents, as noted above. Agencies need to specify documents and methods of proving identity (e.g., fingerprints, testimony of relatives) they will accept in determining eligibility for services. Given what we have learned, if program administrators continue to include birth certificates in the proofs of identity they will accept, they should also reconsider what steps they will take to detect fraudulent certificates and to secure valid ones.
Federal and State agencies who use birth certificates in determining eligibility for services and benefits may wish to consider
• reassessing the documents they will accept as proof of identity and program eligibility;
• accepting only birth certificates issued on security paper that meets current national standards;
• using biometrics (e.g., fingerprints, DNA, retinal scans) to assist the agencies in establishing proof of identity;
• improving guidelines and procedures regarding the detection of fraudulent birth certificates, and make them readily accessible; and
• providing staff with ongoing training to assist them in detecting all types of birth certificate fraud.

Video: Birth Certificate OCR Theory Debunked
The following video debunks the theory put forward in a Fox News article by Jana Winter. They report that the layers which appear in the pdf birth certificate could have been created if the document was scanned using OCR (optical character recognition) software. In the first place, OCR is software that is used to convert images files so the document's text can be searched and edited. Second, as the video below illustrates, there are nine different layers within this man-made document. Each layer was manipulated in various ways. For example, some text boxes were rotated 90 degrees, others were resized, etc. If OCR software had been used to scan the birth certificate, none of those actions would have been possible.

I have 200 acres in Arkansas and have raised hogs.
Pigford is the biggest rip-off this country has ever known, and there are lots of people in positions of power that know it. Politicians are using it to buy votes. Trial lawyers are using it to get rich.
I personally know of people who have no connection to farming at all who got Pigford checks. People with potted plants in their apartments claimed to be farmers and got paid. I saw an instance where eight Pigford checks went to one house. There are drug addicts and pushers who have received payments who have never farmed a day in their life.
There was discrimination at the US Department of Agriculture. It needed to be dealt with. I was suing the USDA before Timothy Pigford even filed suit. I wrote to attorney Al Pires, who eventually filed a class action lawsuit against the USDA, but he saw that there wasn’t going to be a huge amount of money for him. So he passed. What he did find was a way to work a scam from inside the Star City, Arkansas USDA office by paying a USDA employee to process claimants. This employee would take from $5,000 to $25,000 for each successful Pigford claim. Pires was in this totally for the money. He’s made far more money than any black farmer.

I knew I was going to be whacked hard, but I didn’t know when.
On Thursday, July 15th, I warned NAACP president Ben Jealous to stop the race-baiting. I directed my ire at Jealous on the Scott Hennen radio show:
“I have tapes, a tape, of racism, and it’s an NAACP dinner. You want to play with fire? I have evidence of racism, and it’s coming from the NAACP.”
This was part of an ongoing defense of the Tea Party, and in particular, a volley back against the NAACP for creating a week-long mainstream media-enabled attack built upon the provably false premise that a “mob” of the Tea Partiers hurled racial epithets at Congressmen Andre Carson (D-In) and Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga).
“You are manufacturing this in a summer in which the economy is the No. 1 issue affecting blacks and whites in this country,” I said on Hennen’s show. “This country can ill-afford the schism of race to be exploited the way you are, based upon the false premise of the Tea Party being racist… This is absolutely manufactured for political gain.”
My warning to Jealous was received with modest coverage in the conservative blogosphere.
I strongly believed, and still believe, that I had irrefutable evidence that showed the NAACP caught in an act of racism far worse than anything the media and the Democrat Party had attempted to manufacture in a year and a half of relentlessly trying to destroy the Tea Party.

In the first half of this article Breitbart rehashes the fallout that ensued after his exposé about racial bias in the NAACP, and then he moves on to tell the story of the Pigford II shakedown of American taxpayers. This issue is so egregious that today Breitbart devoted all article leads to the topic, and he plans to pursue this story even further. I knew I was going to be whacked hard, but I didn’t know when.
On Thursday, July 15th, I warned NAACP president Ben Jealous to stop the race-baiting. I directed my ire at Jealous on the Scott Hennen radio show:
“I have tapes, a tape, of racism, and it’s an NAACP dinner. You want to play with fire? I have evidence of racism, and it’s coming from the NAACP.”
This was part of an ongoing defense of the Tea Party, and in particular, a volley back against the NAACP for creating a week-long mainstream media-enabled attack built upon the provably false premise that a “mob” of the Tea Partiers hurled racial epithets at Congressmen Andre Carson (D-In) and Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga).
“You are manufacturing this in a summer in which the economy is the No. 1 issue affecting blacks and whites in this country,” I said on Hennen’s show. “This country can ill-afford the schism of race to be exploited the way you are, based upon the false premise of the Tea Party being racist… This is absolutely manufactured for political gain.”
My warning to Jealous was received with modest coverage in the conservative blogosphere.
I strongly believed, and still believe, that I had irrefutable evidence that showed the NAACP caught in an act of racism far worse than anything the media and the Democrat Party had attempted to manufacture in a year and a half of relentlessly trying to destroy the Tea Party.

Two Incidents of Census Fraud Discovered - Your Tax Dollars at Play

You know the old saying: "Everyone loves a charade." Well, it seems that the Census Bureau may be playing games.
Last week, one of the millions of workers hired by Census 2010 to parade around the country counting Americans blew the whistle on some statistical tricks.
The worker, Naomi Cohn, told The Post that she was hired and fired a number of times by Census. Each time she was hired back, it seems, Census was able to report the creation of a new job to the Labor Department.
Below, I have a couple more readers who worked for Census 2010 and have tales to tell.

On April 27, 2010, I got a job with the United States Census Bureau in New Jersey. With a hidden camera, I caught four Census supervisors encouraging enumerators to falsify information on their time sheets. Over the course of two days of training, I was paid for four hours of work I never did. I was told to take a 70 minute lunch break, was given an hour of travel time to drive 10 minutes, and was told to leave work at 3:30pm. I resigned prior to doing any data collection but confronted Census supervisors who assured me, “no one is going to be auditing that that level,” and “nobody is going to be questioning it except for you.” Another Census supervisor only said he’d adjust my pay after I gave him a letter recanting my hours.
