Generally, Americans think that Christian persecution exists somewhere else. It is because the mainstream media, except for the Fox News network, is not reporting incidents occurring in the United States.

Racial Divide: Injustice By Racial Vigilantes

Associated Press: More demonstrations in Berkeley, Missouri concerning the death of an 18-year-old black who pointed a gun at a police officer. The protests were more peaceful than the previous night, when a crowd gathered at a gas station, throwing rocks and bricks. The black community police force is mostly white.

Maybe that should change and one can see if the same civil unrest will occur when a black police officer defends himself. The problem of violence is not within the law enforcement community, but in the community for which they are sworn to serve and protect.

At Maggie's Notebook, you can read about the history of NORAD [North American Aerospace Defense Command] that has been continuous since 1955, when CONAD (later renamed NORAD) began receiving phone calls from children to relay their Christmas wish list.

As time went on the tradition continued and today there is a website where anyone can track where Santa is on Christmas Eve and other goodies at the NORAD official site.
Every year they ask for volunteers to perform traditional duties at NORAD for Santa Claus, who has his own website.

A Drastic Change Required in US Foreign Affairs and Immigration Policies

All those young illegal immigrants who have been protected with the Obama unconstitutional amnesty are lining up for Arizona driver's licenses tomorrow. As CNS News reported:

A preliminary injunction issued Dec. 18 by U.S. District Judge David Campbell bars the state from enforcing Gov. Jan Brewer's policy of denying the licenses to about 20,000 immigrants.

Now Obama is ignoring state government rights that is clearly stated in the US Constitution and telling governors of states they have no control over vehicle licensing in their state.

Omnibus Funding Breakdown and the New Obama Foreign Policy Move

President Obama signed the 1,603 page Omnibus Appropriations Bill that totals to $1.1 trillion, after passing Congress, that will keep the government operating through September 30, 2015.

It includes an additional expenditure of $25 million for Ebola emergency preparedness and response fund.

It includes $3.4 billion to fund the “fight” against ISIS, for the air campaign and replenish weaponry already used, as well as $1.6 billion to train and equip Iraqi allies.

The Internal Revenue Service fund was cut $345.6 million and VP Joe Biden will not get a raise.

In recent news about the Democrat-led onslaught against the CIA for alleged practice of torturing terrorists, the Obama White House press conference was asked why it was acceptable to kill people with drones, but “slapping Khalid Sheikh Mohammed is bad”. The Senate report had suggested that the CIA had lied about their “harsh CIA interrogations”. The Senate investigation has been ongoing for five years. The CIA has tried to discredit the Senate investigation. The interrogation procedures were enacted after the 9-11 attacks. In the Senate report it states that the CIA misled Congress. Meanwhile, Obama continues using drones with the blessing of Congress.

The House of Representatives barely approved the $1.1 trillion government spending bill in a 219-206 vote. In a surprising public statement that rebukes President Obama, Nancy Pelosi stated she was “enormously disappointed” that the president had decided to embrace legislation that she described as an attempt at blackmail by Republicans. After protest from some senators led by Ted Cruz, the Senate went ahead and passed Obama's $1 trillion spending bill. Will the US government now make that amount (or more) an annual expense? It passed with a 56-40 vote after overruling an objection by Senator Ted Cruz of Texas. Ted Cruz and other senators pushed for an amendment to cut off funds to the Department of Homeland Security for carrying out President Obama's unconstitutional executive action concerning deportations. Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid, blocked the measure. Spearheading the investigation is Intelligence Committee chairwoman, Senator Dianne Feinstein, infamous for her attempt to pass draconian firearm ban legislation.

Election 2014 Was a Wave Election: Will It Do the Job for True Reform?

In a term used in political science, the 2014 mid-term election was a Wave Election. It is when one political entity makes a major gain in the House and Senate. It is a phenomenon that not only occurs in the United States but places like India where a parliamentary system and one political party makes a major gain as the majority.

News pundits, like Chuck Todd, the NBC News political director and moderator for Meet the Press at NBC apparently fell asleep during that session of class. In his biography he is credited with attending George Washington University from 1990 to 1994 on a music scholarship playing the French horn, but his minor was music and his major was political science. He did not get his degree.

On election night (11/04/2014) he claimed that the mid-term election of 2014 was not a wave election:

Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) has stepped down two years before the end of his term due to prostrate cancer. The senator gained a reputation for standing for principles in legislative matters and was nicknamed “Dr. No”. In his closing remarks in his farewell speech, he warned that he will seek to block or slow debate on several pieces of legislation before the closing of this year's congress. He also implied that Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nevada) led the Senate like a tyrant. Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) is not seeking reelection and took the opportunity to speak directly to President Obama at the White House Christmas party. After pictures were taken and her family walked off stage, she turned to the president and said:

Mr. President, you need to bomb the Iranian nuclear facilities, because if you don't, Iran will have a nuclear weapon on your watch and the course of world history will change.

A 15-year-old teen robbed a convenience store and after being arrested, stated he needed money for a plane trip to go overseas and join the Jihad. The article at Jihad Watch stated:

Time To Start Sending Qualified Ambassadors

Forty-one percent of those chosen by President Obama have no qualifications of being ambassadors, representatives of the United States to foreign nations, other than being big spending supporters and political cronies, as NBC News points out:

President Obama, the apostle of Hope and Change is the worst offender when it comes to giving political cronies ambassadorships, notes Andrea Mitchell. Yes, Andrea Mitchell. This piece leaves out Noah Mamet, a Democratic political consultant and fundraiser who was chosen as ambassador to Argentina despite not only never having been there, but not speaking Spanish. No one else could do this job? Argentina is not a small nation. Are we really lacking in this country for people who speak Spanish? 

Of course, after leaving Ambassador Stevens high-and-dry in Benghazi - who would want to be President Obama's ambassador? A matter that Congress has not fully addressed, investigated, or pursued justice since September 11, 2012.
Frankly, President Obama is not the first to appoint ambassadors just for their qualifications, but for their political loyalty.  It is just that Obama has the highest record of any president appointing incompetent people in his administration.
No matter who is president, ambassadors play an important role in representation of the United States that include diplomatic and national security issues. Hopefully they have undergone the proper security clearance background check.

It does not address the issues and reasons why health care is so costly. In the case of health care insurance, despite its high-cost premiums – they only pay out 80%, which means that you are not just paying too much per month for premiums, but when having a stay at a hospital (where it costs $500 just to walk in), you are also paying 20% of the bill.

Secretary of Defense Position and Fanning the Flames of Racism

Former Deputy Secretary of Defense, Ashton B. Carver is expected to be nominated for position of Secretary of Defense. He is a physicist with alleged experience in national security issues. If confirmed he will succeed Chuck Hagel, a former Nebraska senator who is being pushed out of office by the White House after less than two years as Secretary of Defense. Hagel is a Republican. It has to do with the escalated US military actions in the Middle East. The White House spokesman declined to confirm that Carter was the president's choice, Washington Post reported. The official announcement is expected this week.

The State Department is pursuing space arms control agreements without formal coordination at the Pentagon, and two members of Congress warned yesterday that such an accord would undermine U.S. national security.

It appears that the illegal immigration issue is not the only thing that Obama is bypassing Congress. It has been sensibly a tradition that the president coordinate with the Pentagon and congressional armed services committee when garnishing an arms control agreement.

Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-CO) told the Free Beacon:

Congressional Recess: Has Republicans Skipped Out Without Resolving Issues?

In 2011, in a speech at the racist organization National Council of La Raza, BH Obama stated:

Believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you. But that's how our system works. That's how our democracy functions. That's not how our Constitution is written.

Republicans left Washington DC for the Thanksgiving break, never taking any action to stop Obama's illegal amnesty order, something he said he could not legally do in 2011. But that was when he had eyes on reelection in 2012.

Troops have been called to Ferguson, not that street violence is nothing new there; in this case it is because of the Grand Jury decision regarding the death of Michael Brown. Eric Holder and the Black Community of Ferguson ignored the facts of what occurred leading to the young man's death. The victim of a violent attack, the police officer who has been under investigation, despite the Grand Jury decision, has his career and life in ruin. Both President Obama and Eric Holder were not helpful in calming down the local angry populace, who, like the media, disregarded the fact that before Brown assaulted a police officer, he had robbed a local store - caught on video. It is called race baiting, and Eric Holder, despite resigning his position as US Attorney General, continues his efforts to fan the flames. It is Marxist class warfare in action.

Obama in Las Vegas: Politics as Usual

The state of Nevada is where President Obama went to campaign for his plan to protect five million “undocumented immigrants” from deportation, addressed from a Las Vegas high school – the audience was mostly Hispanic students. He demanded that Congress pass a bill, but also announced he would enact this plan with executive order. He stated:

I told [Speaker of the House] John Boehner I would—yeah, I’ll wash your car, I’ll walk your dog—whatever you need to do, just call the bill,” Obama said, complaining that House Republicans refused to take up the Senate-passed bipartisan immigration reform bill. “That’s how democracy is supposed to work. And if the votes hadn’t been there, then we would have had to start over, but at least give it a shot. And he didn’t do it. And the fact that a year-and-a-half has gone by means that time has been wasted—and during that time families have been separated, and during that time businesses have been harmed.

Constitutional Crisis: Mass Amnesty By Executive Order

Amnesty is part of the President of the United States pardon authority, but only on a case-by-case, individual basis. To issue an executive order to blanket amnesty for millions without congressional approval is unconstitutional - unlawful use of executive power. None of those visa extensions or pardons for illegal immigrants received any civil background check.

We have seen the “Change” that Barack Hussein Obama had in mind in 2008, enacted via probably the most corrupted administration in the history of the United States by a president who had stated that he could not declare amnesty for so many illegal immigrants without congressional approval. Using his lawyer skills to circumvent law, more like polluting it, President Obama has done just what he said he could not do lawfully.

• The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) plans to spend up to $10.4 million in taxpayer dollars to “empower” young girls in Malawi to use birth control to prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, particularly HIV - which disproportionately affects young females - even though such efforts have failed in the past.

Mr. Gruber also implicitly acknowledged that calling the excise tax a “Cadillac” tax is misleading, as the tax’s reach will expand. “Over time it’s gonna apply to more and more health-insurance plans,” he said, elaborating in a separate speech that the “tax that starts out hitting only 8% of the insurance plans essentially amounts over the next 20 years [to] essentially getting rid of the exclusion for employer-sponsored plans.” 

More Details About the Obamacare Lie

Jonathan Gruber, MIT professor and architect of the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) is in a video interview from April 2014, released to the media - that is any media who will address the issue.
The mainstream media that downplays negative news about Democrats, while Nancy Pelosi lie that she did not anything about Gruber is revealed.
In the latest revelation, Gruber is recorded on video stating that states are refusing medicaid for certain sectors of the population.
To boil it down simply, the Affordable Health Care Act, commonly referred to Obamacare, which is the prime legacy of the inept president, is a disaster - and will get worse as time goes on. Those that pushed it to pass Congress lied to the American people. Only the staunch supporters and stupid people still trust Democrats - and "moderate" Republicans.
 There is no need to fix it, yet there is going to be a problem in stopping it immediately until the federal government figures out how to do so without screwing over the public; which if the program continues will certainly screw over the populace as well as drive the United States deeper in debt - which would be disastrous.
It is an example of how a socialist form of government cannot work. It has been demonstrated in history, but too many Americans just do not get it, as Gruber refers to them as "stupid voters".
Barack Hussein Obama's political career began with lies - and so it will end in lies, with many lies to cover lies in between - supported by fellow Democrats.
That also applies to the illegal immigration issue - even in his autobiography, Obama had mentioned how illegal immigration can be detrimental and worsen the US unemployment situation.
Yet, during his presidency he has done the opposite.
American voters forgot to research the details when he promised in 2008 (and again in 2012) for "Change".

H.R. 5682: To Approve Keystone XL Pipeline - Passed House

On November 14th, 2014, H.R. 5682 passed the House of Representatives in a simple majority vote by 252 votes against opposition votes of 161. Only 28 Democrats voted "YEA", listed at GovTrak, 20 representatives did not vote.
Now that the Senate majority is Republican, it is expected that the bill will affect the economy in a positive manner, according  If the bill passes the Senate, will the president sign it?
The Daily Beast and other hard-core progressive socialists side with the standard policy of Obama and say it would be a bad thing for the United States; despite no negative affects concerning the pipeline in Alaska. 
The US State Department conducted a researched report and says differently than the environmentalist radicals.
The pipeline legislation has been in limbo since Obama took office in 2008.
Reuters also submitted their report that stated the safety issues of transporting oil by rail instead of pipeline favors the pipeline.
Back in 2012, the Washington Post stated that the question of bringing down the cost of fuel would be a benefit of the pipeline, is "a tricky question".
Forbes recently reported that Keystone won't lower gas prices - it might raise them.
UPDATE:  Keystone  bill failed to pass the Senate because Democrats still have control, despite congressional research and reports that show there would be no environmental impact.

Obama Promises UN $3 Billion for Green Climate

For a president who complained that GW Bush carelessly contributed to the growth of national debt, Obama seems to have lost touch with reality. Where is he, the US Treasury, going to get $3 Billion he promised to the United Nations for the "Green Climate Fund"?
His reasoning, if one can call it that, is to help countries who cannot afford environmental controls to curb and stop the natural cycle of climate changes.

Just as the political analysts predicted, President Obama's plan to use executive order to counter the immigration laws that the federal government has, for so long, ignored no matter what political club has been president or majority in Congress is coming soon to a progressive socialist enactment that will affect you. He waited until after the mid-term elections, which did not help the cause of the Democrats and their progressive socialist agenda.

The architect of the Obamacare system, Jonathan Gruber, shocked everyone who admitted that when it was found out just how much the health care system would cost and other factors – Obama and progressives insisted upon passing the bill even if they had to lie to do it.

Why?

Warning to New Political Majority: "Save and Safeguard the Constitutional Republic"

Now that Republicans have the majority in Congress, it is a time for no compromising the Constitution of the United States. Promises not kept in the 1990s when this occurred only slowed the movement toward socialism, away from constitutional law. When it comes to articles and amendments of the Constitution – there is no compromise. If there are to be changes, it will be done by repealing or rewriting amendments. 

One such repeal should be the 16^th Amendment by adding an amendment that discontinues tax on income and progressive taxation with consumption tax at a fixed rate that can only be changed (increase/decrease) by two-thirds majority vote in House and Senate.

Keith Koffler: "Much Ado About Nothing"

Yes, Keith Koffler has a valid point about the Republican election victory, not very impressed, based on previous times the GOP had the majority, it is an atmosphere of 'we'll see what happens' – hoping that Republicans will follow their previous promises of true reform, reinstatement of of limited powers, and get rid of income tax/IRS. One cannot blame him for such pessimism.

Breaking: GOP Wins US Senate Seats

The GOP has won the majority of seats in the US Senate, winning in West Virginia, Montana, South Dakota, Colorado, Arkansas, and Iowa that Democrats previously held as the political majority. Wisconsin, who became an Obama state in 2008 and 2012, is going to be a close win for Governor Scott Walker if the final results indicate he won. Senator Mitch McConnell will become the new Senate Majority Leader.

Let us, with hope of the beginning of true reformation, especially in the Congress, uses its majority wisely.

Big Day of 2014: Mid-Term Elections, Important For Future of Constitutional Republic

Today is the day where it will be seen if American legal voters have awaken from their apathetic slumber and have realized that voting requires earnest and research for the truth - not what the media and political pundits and prostitutes tell them; on either side of the political aisle. We the People are also going to see the rise of voter fraud, which in the past nothing was done about it - and did not affect elections, especially presidential because of electoral votes. Along with other major realistic reformation, voting ethics must be monitored and when found fraudulent, those guilty be punished severely.

One would think that voters would not vote for Hillary after her botched tenure as Secretary of State (and her infamous record as a senator) ... but think again ...

Hamas kicked the PLO out of that region and even invaded the home of the PLO boss, Yasser Arafat. The Hamas also took over the rockets there and brought in more; sending rockets into Israel hitting schools, hospitals, and homes in Southern Israel. They also dug tunnels large enough to move trucks through.

The Obama administration provides ($500 million per year) to those that never keep promises, who are ceded territory by Israel in gesture to have peace; but instead rockets still burst into the Jewish nation surrounded by Muslims whose intentions is far from peace.

In Florida, 1.5 million illegals would return the Sunshine State back to America, the rule of law, and English. In Chicago, Illinois, 2.1 million illegals would free up hospitals, schools, prisons and highways for a safer, cleaner and more crime-free experience.

However, records show some were charged with kidnapping, sexual assault, and homicide. ABC and NBC ignored the new report with CBS only providing a 21 second report.

McDonald's Corporation (MCD) reported a 30% fall in the quarterly profit they contribute to a food scandal in China via a meat supplier, as well as competition in the United States.

But could it be that the consumer is moving away from fast foods to more healthy eating?

One would hope so.

This revelation is testament that draconian government regulations and intrusion upon freedom of choice is not required; the public, society can make changes and at the same time ensure that the change is actually the will of the People. That does not include common sense government regulations pertaining to the quality of food and its supplier-food industry sanitary conditions and standards. Those regulations must be in effect, but it must also be strictly enforced. I am referring to nonsensical regulations that is just an instrument of political tyranny and its implementation of control of the populace.

The monument was erected in August and two different groups sent letters to the school stating that the monument violates the separation of church and state, demanding it be removed. President Obama does not listen to the People, as he claimed he would in 2008. He does not listen to Congress. He has continually been caught lying, as well as his czars and department chiefs. Like too many voters, they were chosen for political loyalty and popularity instead of qualifications and experience.

In his weekly address to Americans, Obama stated:

We can't just cut ourselves off from West Africa. Trying to seal off an entire region of the world – if that were even possible, could actually make the situation worse.

Yet nearly every African nation has already done so, plus several other countries and airline companies have imposed a ban or at least restrictions on Ebola contaminated countries in West Africa. It is because quarantines are not just common sense – they work.
