In the video below, Dr. Herbert W. Titus explains in simple terms the differences between a citizen and a natural born citizen. These types of citizenship status are not identical.
Dr. Titus' bio:
Dr. Titus is a natural born American citizen, by the grace and law of God. He is of counsel to the McLean, Virginia, law firm of William J. Olson, P.C. His law practice concentrates on promoting limited civil government and protecting individual and family liberties. Representative clients of the firm are the Michael New Action Fund, the Christian Liberty Society, Gun Owners Foundation, and DownsizeDC.
Author of the widely used text, "God, Man & Law: The Biblical Principles," Dr. Titus has taught Constitutional law for 30 years. Converted to Christ in 1975 at a church picked out of a newspaper and delivered from 1960's radical liberalism, Herb and his wife, Marilyn, have four children and 15 grandchildren. They live in Virginia on 15 acres where they raise geese and turkeys.
The "Institute on the Constitution (IOTC)" is an educational effort sponsored by the Law Office of Peroutka and Peroutka of Pasadena, Maryland. It is neither an instrument of, nor an advocate for, any particular political party. Rather, it advocates the restoration of our Constitutional Republic by offering classes, lectures, and products designed to re-acquaint the American people with our history, our heritage, and our Constitution, which is the very foundation of our Republic. You will not find smoke, mirrors, or political correctness filters at our presentations -- just real American history, the way it was, the way it ought to be taught.
