RNC Report: Clint Eastwood Surprise Guest

The RNC Political Platform for 2012 was quite impressive.
However, after many years of false and unfulfilled promises, it will be “I’ll believe it when I see it” scenario.
I cannot wait until the DNC releases their platform, just for comparison.
Skeptical about the Republicans, I am extremely unconvinced by the Democrats whatever they may say – their trust card expired and has not been renewed; replaced by the race card, demagoguery, and deceit.
GOP Platform proposal – strip the Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Energy, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Human Services, as well as programs, agencies and other departments.
Like Daniel Mitchell wrote: I wish the Republican Platform was binding.
The Hill reported about it as well.
I have a PDF copy in my computer and intend to use it as a checklist against Romney and friends – assuming American majority puts him in the White House. It looks good for Iowa and Florida.  The Hill reported that Romney grabbed swing-state Iowa at the polls.
CNN believes that there will be an Electoral College tie. It also reported that Romney took Obama’s 2008 winning states: New Hampshire, Iowa, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and Nevada. Colorado? I think CNN pundits are living in a pipe-dream.
One of my favorite moments in the Republican National Convention of 2012 was when Clint Eastwood stood on stage and did his bit in support of Mitt Romney for President.[Transcript of Eastwood speech] ...

Of course, the Pundits had their usual commentary ...
Consortium News [Clint Eastwood's Jobless Exaggeration]
Huffington Post [Movie Star Talks to an Empty Chair]
Washington Post [Clint Eastwood Shoots from the Hip]

Like Clint said in his speech: We the People own America - and its government is OUR government, it is time that those operating it remember that.
