Exposé: Obot SMRSTRAUSS Finally Unmasked!

An individual using the tag smrstrauss has been an extraordinarily busy fellow and an annoying enigma on the internet since late 2008, but now his identity is known. Mr. smrstrauss has contributed countless hours, days, weeks, months, and thousands of comments to defend Barack Obama against everyone who questions the President’s eligibility. Smrstrauss sometimes writes long essay comments, and he often cites case law, so if you didn’t know better, you would be excused for thinking he’s an attorney. I can assure you he is not!

I also need to take this opportunity to backtrack on a supposition I previously made about the identity of this man. Based on the comments of another blogger who claimed to have researched the name smrstrauss, he concluded the person was D.C. Shadow Senator, Paul Strauss, who also happens to be a Democrat Superdelegate. After the in-depth research I have just done on smrstrauss, I now know he is not that person, and retract my comments suggesting otherwise.

Such intense activity by smrstrauss would make sense if Obama is paying him to confuse people about his eligibility to serve as President, but I have no way to confirm this without filing a Freedom of Information request of the administration.

If smrstrauss is not being paid by someone, then his efforts must be a labor of love, and for that President Obama may eventually consider bestowing the Presidential Citizens Medal upon this gentleman for his obsessive/compulsive determination to defend The One, irrespective of the truth.

Open Letter to Glenn Beck from Charles Kerchner, Cmdr. USNR (Retired)

Dear Glenn Beck:

Glenn, you say you have studied the founders and framers of our U.S. Constitution to try to learn more about the original intent and meanings of the words therein.

I Believe The Fix Was In for the 2008 Election and The Cover Up is Still Going Strong and Has Created The Perfect Storm for a Constitutional Crisis!

Glenn, when are you going to read the preeminent legal treatise of the time of the Revolutionary War against Great Britain that was used by the founders to write the Declaration of Independence and the framers to craft our U.S. Constitution? Benjamin Franklin referred to it as being in heavy use and demand by the delegates at the Continental Congress in 1775 when four copies were sent to him by Dumas, who published a newly edited edition in 1775. It was written in French, the diplomatic language of the time, of which Franklin and many others who founded our nation were fluent in, as well as English.

The term, "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness," is a direct quote from this book. And there are many more quotes from it in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution. And this book is even mentioned by name in Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution.

This book was the legal reference book describing a new form of government for governing a Constitutional Republic with a written Constitution, which George Washington had on his desk and was observed reading from on his first day in office in New York, and it was the legal book John Jay had on his desk as the 1st Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. John Jay's letter to George Washington is the reason the legal term of art from that legal book is in Article II of the U.S. Constitution as to the eligibility requirements to be President.

The name of the book is, "The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law", by Vattel. I recommend you read it. If you don't have time to read it all, read at least Volume 1. And if you don't have time to read that, then read Vol.1, Chapter 19, Section 212, on the natural law definitions of "Citizenship" and the separate meaning and definition of the legal term of art "natural born Citizen".

The question for constitutional standards regarding Obama is not whether he is a Citizen of the U.S., but whether he is a "natural born Citizen" of the U.S. to Constitutional standards, as envisioned by the founders and framers of the Constitution, and reiterated in four U.S. Supreme Court decisions over the next 100 years of this nation until the progressive movement started to blur those two terms in the eyes and minds of the American people so their political party can put forward and elect anyone to the office of President and Commander in Chief (CINC) of our military. The President and CINC per the founders intent must have sole allegiance at birth to only the USA with no citizenship at birth from his parents in any other nation. That is a "natural born Citizen," citizenship at birth in only the USA. He must be born in the USA to two Citizens of the USA to achieve natural born Citizenship and sole allegiance at birth. Obama was born with dual-citizenship. He was not eligible per the founders intent. But the Progressive movement has convinced People otherwise. And you are helping them with their cover up.

Read Vattel's, "The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law", Vol. 1, Chapter 19, Section 212. This is natural law given to nature from God. Pray on it. Then speak the truth from the heart. Speak truth to power. You have the ability to save the Constitution and the Republic. Please speak up on the true meaning of "natural born Citizen" and educate the People on the difference between born Citizen, naturalized Citizen, and "natural born Citizen."

Did Hope for Rising GOP Stars like Bobby Jindal Play a Role in the Obama’s Presidential Eligibility Scandal?

When questions about Obama’s eligibility to serve as President arose, I immediately recognized that this could be the biggest political scandal in U.S. history, bigger even than Watergate. The allegations, if true, would have created widespread political turmoil and would have had to involve people, high up people, ignoring and/or covering up facts. How could a young Senator from Illinois have gotten so far, so quickly, in national politics without some in both the Democratic & Republican Parties taking notice, researching, discovering details of his past and recognizing that there was a BIG potential problem? Especially, given that every other person in Washington is a lawyer, people knew, the media had to have known, both of the problem and its ramifications. After all, it’s the political big league in Washington.

Having a legal background, I decided to do my own research to satisfy my curiosity and it became abundantly clear that legitimate questions existed and continue to exist. Questions regarding interpretation of Article II, Section I of the Constitution, questions of original intent, British/Kenyan law, acquisition of citizenship, questions about Obama’s birthplace, his adoption, his educational scholarships, his parent’s foreign allegiance/citizenship, his prior inadvertent admissions, questions about his passport(s), etc., exist with sufficient basis in law and/or fact to warrant serious investigation and judicial review. So, like many others at the time, I sat back and waited for the media firestorm to begin. And I waited, and waited, and waited. Not a peep from the media, Hillary, McCain or Republicans. Why?
