What patriots find most alarming about the reelection of Obama is the feeling that we have lost America.

Recently, a pro football player committed suicide after murdering his girlfriend. The media blames guns and football for the shooting.  They act as if the football player bore no responsibility, which is in keeping with Obama's new America.

This is why we who cherish morals, decency, hard work and personal responsibility are so upset that Obama has four more years to further his decline of America.

Admittedly, the decline of America began long before Barack Obama. However, under Obama, America's decline has been on steroids. He won reelection promising to punish the rich and encouraging Americans to indulge in an orgy of mediocrity featuring endless unemployment benefits, an unprecedented number of Americans on food stamps, half the country on welfare and free Obama phones.

Such is the new normal in Obama's new America.

So yes, we patriots are heartbroken.

After serving in the Merchant Marines, my black dad earned a humble living as a day laborer. In 1956, he broke the color barrier into the Baltimore City Fire Department. The white firefighters hated my dad and did not want him at Engine 6. And yet, despite horrific conditions, dad won Firefighter of The Year two times.

Dad did not win because of lowered standards, Affirmative Action or someone deciding it's the black guy's turn. Dad won because he was the BEST! Such was a time when America celebrated excellence.

Have we totally lost that America?

What offends me most about the Obama Administration is that he continues to lower the bar of what it means to be an American. Given his reelection, one can only assume that a large percentage of Americans are OK with Obama's ask-what-your-country-can-do-for-you-rather-than-what-you-can-do for-your-country new vision for America. Screw work! Just gimme, gimme, gimme!

Dad did not believe government owed him or his five kids the American Dream. With me at his side, dad marched with Dr Martin Luther King Jr. to assure that his kids would have an opportunity to pursue the American Dream. Today, far too many Americans believe the job of government is to confiscate wealth to divvy out the American Dream equally to every American.

When did we lose Dad's America?

When did we become a country in which government and media celebrates immorality, laziness and covetousness? Occupy Wall Street thugs are declared heroes of a majority of Americans for demanding that government confiscate the earnings of achievers for redistribution. When did it become morally correct in America for government to confiscate and give away the harvest reaped by hard working citizens?

Were we asleep when America launched its War on Achievers?

Athletes who perform at the highest levels are inducted into the Hall of Fame. And yet, extraordinary success in the arena of finances is frowned upon and deemed evil. Remarkably, Mitt Romney's extraordinary financial success was effectively marketed as a negative against him in the presidential campaign.

When did exceptionalism in business become demonic in America?

Well, here is a dirty little universal truth that the gimme crowd may not be aware of. The word is reciprocity. Reciprocity means we mutually give to/help each other. But when that relationship becomes one sided, the giver stops giving. How long will Obama get away with seducing new voters by taking from achievers to redistribute to non-achievers before the givers say, “Screw it” and stop working?

How do we restore America? The answer: We continue to Tea Party.

The Tea Party began when patriots looked behind the curtain of white guilt and media hype to see Obama's overreaching, trashing of the Constitution and his socialistic/progressive agenda. Over the last four years, the Tea Party has evolved into countless organizations and a growing army of sophisticated political activists.

Obama winning reelection was the loss of a major battle. However, beware Obama and company, we have no intentions of surrendering our country or losing this war.

Future battles will include taking back our culture and educating dumbed down clueless Americans to the superior virtues/benefits of Conservatism over Liberalism.

And another thing – we MUST STOP being passive when democrats throw absurd character-assassination-grenades such as Republicans/Conservatives want blacks in slavery and women barefoot and pregnant. We must boldly get in their face and rebuke their vile, hate-inspiring, divisive lies.

I have also had it with black Americans being allowed and even encouraged to be racist. Black racists believe Authentic Blackness or “Racial Pride” means maintaining at least a minimal resentment against whites and our country. Racism is evil wherever it flexes its venomous tongue – time to call such people out!

So, I am ready. I am prayed up and my powder is dry. Let's roll!

With reports of voting irregularities in several battleground states, we might never know who actually won the 2012 election, but we do know for sure that it is Barack Obama who will occupy the White House for the next four years.  And now we will find out if countless patriots at Tea Party rallies around the country were on to something when they voiced the fear that America will not survive four more years of Barack Obama. 

For those mainstream Americans who were alarmed enough at the radicalism of the Obama agenda to get involved in politics for the first time in their lives, the fear that America will not survive more of Obama's agenda was never just political hyperbole.  The fear was grounded in evidence that Obama is an Alinsky-style radical who holds the Constitution in contempt, that he is hostile to those who succeed in the private sector, that he believes that a weaker America will make the world a better place, and that he will use any means necessary to transform America as it suits him.

Update on Obamas' Hawaiian estate purchase: Property has been bought on Oahu in the name of a blind/family trust (but it's a different house than we originally thought it would be)

Three separate sources have confirmed to me that a “blind trust” or a “family trust” setup for the Obamas with the help of wealthy Chicago banker Penny Pritzker has purchased a property for Barack and Michelle and their family to move into when they depart the White House in January 2013. I’ve been chasing this story since late-August of this year when it came to my attention through sources in the Chicago black community that Michelle Obama’s mother, Marian Robinson (“Miss Marion” as she is called by her friends on the ground here), had been bragging to chums back home that she’d soon be living the rest of her days in tropical paradise on the island of Oahu. It appears the Obamas will, however, be moving into a different estate than the one we all at first believed they were purchasing; THAT property was the one in Kapalua that was featured on the remake of Hawaii Five-O (pictured above in the graphic of Miss Marion).  I believe our coverage of this purchase may have spoiled that deal and forced Pritzker and other Obama backers to locate another post-presidential home for the Obamas since it’s clear to all in Chicago that he is not going to win reelection. This real estate deal involves a “trust” and the purchase has either been made or is in the final stages of going through as of 10/25/2012.

During the debate, Obama performed like the classless lying Chicago bully-in-chief that he is. Every answer out of Obama's mouth was a thinly-veiled personal attack calling Romney a liar, lacking in character, or pronouncing him ignorant.

Romney's responses were too classy for my taste. He let Obama get away with far too many attacks. They say the aggressor sets the rules. Since Obama started it, I wanted Romney to deliver multiple factually loaded verbal left hooks to Obama's jaw.

Smooth talking manipulators such as Obama turn my stomach. I have known characterless lowlifes like him all my life. They know all the right words to get the girl, get the money and get their way. Meanwhile, there is not one once of sincerity in their words or their intentions.

Obama touts women rights while implementing policies that hurt women. He talks about putting Americans back to work while demonizing business owners, vowing to punish them with higher taxes and strangling them with thousands of new regulations. Obama has the nerve to pat himself on the back regarding national defense while refusing to call a “terrorist-attack” a “terrorist-attack”.

Case in point. Families and surviving heroes of the Ft Hood shooting are denied combat benefits because the Obama Administration insists on classifying the shooting as “workplace-violence” rather than what is was, a terrorist-attack.  Why? Because Obama has said the war on terror is over. Thus, classifying the Ft Hood shooting as a terrorist-attack would contradict and embarrass Obama. Consequently, surviving heroes of the shooting and their families, no benefits for you! Disgusting.

Obama is nothing more than a jive talking Chicago thug. Polling immediately after the debate declared Obama the winner. I see right through Obama's smooth and compassionate sounding hogwash. I do not care what the polls say. The American people are over Obama's snake-oil salesmanship skills and are donating their “Hope & Change” t-shirts to Good Will, cutting them up for rags or using them as painting shirts.

Every policy Obama has implemented over the past four years have created the complete opposite of his stated intentions. Obama says the right things while doing the opposite wrong things in plain sight. The mainstream media supports his every lie and assault on our Constitution and our freedoms.

Romney did get in a few strong jabs during the debate. As I stated, I would have loved to have seen a more aggressive Romney confronting Obama's lies and empty rhetoric.

However, watching the debate, I asked myself, “Which of these men do I believe most qualified and trustworthy to handle foreign policy and to turn our economy around?”

Unquestionably, my answer is Mitt Romney.

[ If you remember, the 2008 Obama victory party was held in Grant Park, where the Obama cult declared him to be a living god-king who would lower the oceans, patch the whole in the ozone, and deliver hope and change and unicorns to everyone.  Nothing so grandiose and extravagant is being planned for November 6th, 2012...for good reason ]

I’ve written before about the fact that Barack Obama was not planning another big Election Night victory party in Grant Park here in Chicago like the spectacle he put on in 2008, because no one I know in the Parks Department or in the event planning community had anything on their radar for Grant Park that night.  Because of the permitting and union rules that plague any event in this City (which wouldn’t be waived even for Obama, due to liability and insurance issues the City would face if anything went wrong and permitting was not followed to the “T”) we would have known a few weeks ago if Obama expected another win and was going to celebrate in Chicago again.  That massive Grant Park victory rally took a while to plan and involved far too many vendors for anything similar to be replicated this year without people already knowing.

I’ve suspected for some time that Obama was going to plan for a concession speech on November 6th, but last night final confirmation arrived in the form of leaked news that the Obama election night event is being staged in private McCormick Place, not a big public setting like Grant Park.

Let me put this as clearly as I can because it’s crucial:  if Democrats really thought Barack Obama was going to be reelected, then they would have planned a massive rally in Grant Park again; the fact this is not happening is proof that, despite what you hear coming out of the Ministry of Truth that is the national media, the Democrats really do not expect Obama to win this election. Campaign operatives in Chicago are, thus, making appropriate preparations for his imminent defeat.

Black Christians: Shame! Shame! Shame!

Increasingly, I am hearing the following mantra/narrative from Black Christians. “I'm voting for Obama because he is the lesser of the two evils.” This is an extremely weak veiled attempt to justify their racism and loyalty to The Black Code (never side with a white against a fellow black).

From a Christian point of view, how can any Bible believer conclude that Mitt Romney is more evil than Barack Obama?

Here are a few of the numerous things on Obama's anti-Christian agenda. Obama supports same-sex marriage and has vowed to be an advocate for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities. Obama supports abortion including infanticide (making it illegal to provide medical aid to a baby that has survived a failed abortion). Despite their strong will to survive, these babies must be left to die.

Massive governmental controls hidden in Obamacare include forcing Christian institutions to fund abortion services against the teachings of their faith. Think about that; the federal government demanding that Christians betray their biblical beliefs. Forty Catholic groups are fighting back by suing the Obama Administration. In typical liberal incremental fashion, our military has gone from a “Don't ask/ Don't tell” policy to being mandated to celebrate Gay Pride Month under Obama.

Indisputable facts are available everywhere exposing Obama to be the most anti-Christian president in U.S. History.  I know some of you Black Christians will continue to stick your heads in the sand, refusing to accept the truth. Woe be unto you. Racism is evil, whether it comes from whites or blacks blindly worshiping Obama because of his skin-color.

So Black Christians, tell me Romney's stated ant-Christian agenda. Grasping at straws, some will say Romney is a Mormon and Mormonism does not jive with Christianity. Well, you may have a point. However, Romney has not attacked Christianity or pledged to force Christians to betray their faith. Obama is boldly and dictatorially implementing his anti-Christian agenda. Regrettably, many of you black so-called followers of Christ realize who Obama really is and what he is doing. And yet, you will vote for him anyway because of your sick addiction to racial politics.

I have also heard Christians say, “OK, I admit that Obama is destroying America, but I cannot vote for a Mormon.” Such thinking is illogical. Imagine, your home is on fire and your family is trapped inside. The Hells Angels motorcycle gang arrives at the scene offering to go inside to rescue your loved ones. How absurd would it be to reject their “God-sent” help because you disapprove of the Hells Angels' lifestyle?

Remember this old joke? A guy was trapped on his roof during a flood. He prayed for help. Various volunteers came to his aid in boats. The man rejected them all, waiting for God to save him. The foolish man drowned. In Heaven, the man asked God why he did not answer his prayer. God replied, “I did answer your prayer. You rejected everyone I sent.”

America is on fire folks. Romney/Ryan are the most available firefighters. Thus, I believe they are “God-sent.”

I asked a black minister friend to further explain this “lesser evil” thing. He said the “lesser evil” in his mind is the economy. While not disputing Obama's anti-Christian agenda, Obama still wins his vote because he believes Romney/Ryan's plan will further the decline of America’s economy. In essence, this black minister of the Gospel is saying he values the economy over God's condemnation of homosexuality, over the lives of babies and over freedom of worship.

And by the way, this minister thinking that Obama's economic plan of spending our way to prosperity is superior to Romney/Ryan's plan is idiotic, nonsensical and absurd. I can not believe my friend is that stupid. I believe sighting the economy as his reason for voting for Obama is a weak excuse to mask his racism; pure and simple.

To all you, Obama-is-the-lesser-of-two-evils black Christian voters, you should be ashamed of yourselves. You “ain't” foolin' nobody. You are racists! May God have mercy on your souls.

I received a phone call from an old friend that has been in Washington D.C. for years and is fairly well-connected politically. What she told me was ugly and sinister, yet very compelling. She said she had received information from someone high up in White House circles, and wanted my thoughts. Remember when Jimmy Carter beat Ronald Reagan in 1980?

That's right. Jimmy Carter beat Ronald Reagan in 1980.

In a series of nine stories in 1980 on "Crucial States" -- battleground states as they are known today -- the New York Times repeatedly told readers then-President Carter was in a close and decidedly winnable race with the former California governor. And used polling data from the New York Times/CBS polls to back up its stories.

Four years later, it was the Washington Post that played the polling game -- and when called out by Reagan campaign manager Ed Rollins a famous Post executive called his paper's polling an "in-kind contribution to the Mondale campaign." Mondale, of course, being then-President Reagan's 1984 opponent and Carter's vice president.

All of which will doubtless serve as a reminder of just how blatantly polling data is manipulated by liberal media -- used essentially as a political weapon to support the liberal of the moment, whether Jimmy Carter in 1980, Walter Mondale in 1984 -- or Barack Obama in 2012.

Who can forget the night of August 28, 2008 when Barack Obama strode onto the stage at Denver’s Invesco Field to accept the nomination of the DNC as their presidential candidate?  More than 70,000 screaming and cheering fans greeted the new Olympian god, Obama, as he made his entrance through the pillars of a Greek temple. The acolytes succumbed to the magic spell cast by Obama during the campaign.  Little did his devotees realize then that within one year Obama’s popularity and policy ideas would spiral downward so precipitously and so quickly. 

At the pinnacle of Obama’s popularity, Rasmussen’s Obama Approval Index Month-by-Month showed him with a 23% approval rating.  It's now one year later, and Obama is underwater with a -15% approval rating.  Perhaps a Greek tragedy is in the making, but not one that surprises those of us who took the pains to investigate this mortal during the presidential election campaign.  The blogosphere did its homework.  The mainstream media did not.

Since Obama initiated his ascent to the presidency with allusions to Greece, it’s appropriate that we reaquaint ourselves with the Greek mythological tale of Daedalus and Icarus because they and Obama are birds of a feather.

American Blacks Cannot Be Blamed For Barack Obama

I'm responding to a number of comments that in large part have gone unseen because they were intercepted before they ever went up.  Racists are always attempting to hitch a ride on legitimate sites, and AT is unfortunately no exception.  Anyone operating in the millennial media world must be careful, particularly a center-right website dealing forthrightly with sensitive topics as we do here.  There is nothing more common than fanatics of various stripes stepping over the line in the guise of "telling it straight."  And there is no topic where this is seen more often than race.

The argument here appears to be that, Obama being black, he acts as a natural representative of black Americans as a whole, that his faults are their faults, and that the entire Obama administration represents yet another instance of the unworthiness and inferiority of blacks.

We will give this claim a bit more attention that it actually deserves in hopes of doing something to nip it in the bud.

First the contention that Obama is a "representative" American black.  AT readers will be well aware that I don't believe that Obama is representative of much of anything at all, that he is sui generis to an extent that he might as well have walked off a starship from the planet Zong.  I haven't shifted in that opinion one iota.

Does Obama Want The Economy To Collapse?

The following was received in an email.

As our economy stands on the brink, with the national debt crisis raising the possibility that our grandchildren will inherit a bankrupt country that looks more like Greece than America, you have to wonder. What is Barack Obama thinking?

They wanted all this to happen so that America would be forced to embrace socialist solutions.

Does this strategy sound familiar? Early in the Obama administration, Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel let the cat out of the bag when he said that "we shouldn't let a good crisis go to waste." The more profound the crisis, the more necessary to "radically transform America," as the President promised he would do on election eve 2008.

Piven and Cloward may not be household names, but their plan is playing a role in the financial chaos overtaking America today. Take the economy. The 1980s implosion of communism in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union proved that state control of the means of production guaranteed poverty and worse. The current insolvent and fragmenting European Union, and the stagnant economics of the exploding Middle East, remind us that state socialism does not work.

He's worth $7billion, has led the world's number one internet search engine for a decade and oversaw an 18 per cent annual rise in its stock value last year.

So it’s no surprise U.S. President Barack Obama is looking at outgoing Google CEO Eric Schmidt, 55, as a candidate to become his next secretary of commerce.

Mr Obama could dip into the business world for his next secretary, with Jeffrey Kindler, 55, former CEO of drug maker Pfizer also being considered, sources told Bloomberg.
