Feds have declared judicial war on Arizona because of recent state legislation that allows state law enforcement to handle what the federal government refuses to do … the national government makes law it does not enforce. ACLU has its hand in it, an organization that is concerned about the rights of non-citizen law breakers; all despite the fact that 64% of American citizen voters favor the Arizona law. [I] In addition, other states are considering following suit to solve the illegal alien problem that is working against American citizens in seeking employment during a severe recession. Those states considering it are: North Carolina , Maryland , Colorado , Missouri , Ohio and other states.
Michigan state Tea Party protesters want Arizona law to be adopted there.
It is about time that the federal government follow the rule of law and the US Constitution and its amendments in accordance to Founders reason for writing them and explanations found in the Federalist Papers.
FAIR estimates that about Billions of dollars is spent on illegal aliens in social program benefits, hospitals raising their rates to pay for the non-paying illegal aliens they provide health care for, and increasing the problem of unemployment for American citizens and legal immigrants. Another problem with illegal aliens is another law they break – false identification; which allows them to illegally vote in elections … probably a major reason why politicians insist on amnesty or turning their heads when it comes to US immigration laws and its enforcement.
It is time to tell members of Congress and the White House administration that enough is enough – rule of law applies here, not rule of men.
Americans don’t want to pay for social programs that cater to law breakers and those who do not respect the right and privilege of legal citizenship and who mistakenly think that American real estate belongs to Mexico .
We are in danger - our national security is threatened, as well as our sovereignty under the tutelage of the progressive socialists within our government.

Seems as though the DOJ is at war with its own citizenry not only in AZ but on the Presidential eligibility issue in Kerchner et al v Obama as well which makes one wonder why our tax dollars are being used to attack the Constitution:

When is the Constitution like a Crocodile??
Apparently it is when you are a Federal Judge with lifetime (taxpayer paid) tenure on either the District Court of New Jersey or the Third Circuit Court of Appeals level as is clearly demonstrated by case 09-4209 Kerchner et al v. Obama et al. If you remember in the District Court, judge Simandle took it upon himself at the behest of the DOJ lawyers striving to defend Obama (who was initially sued before he took the Oath of Office and while still a private person) by repeatedly violating his judicial oath (meaning violating the Constitution that he swore to uphold).
In case you weren’t aware of that debacle, here’s a reminder (which should be read) so that you’ll have the background required to grasp what’s going on.
