Reverend Al Sharpton called a press conference this past week to denounce an anti-abortion billboard overlooking New York City's Soho district. The sign depicting a young black girl read "The Most Dangerous Place for an African-American is in the Womb." Sharpton's spokesman characterized the message as "classic racial profiling." 

The pro-life non-profits responsible for the billboard positioned it in close proximity to three Planned Parenthood facilities who reported performing 17,000 abortions between them for the year 2010.

In September of 2008, the Michigan Law Review published an article by Lawrence Solum, the John E. Cribbet Professor of Law at the University of Illinois College of Law, entitled, “Originalism and the Natural Born Citizen Clause”.  The article focused upon the issue of whether John McCain was eligible to be President despite his birth in Panama.  The article did not even mention Barack Obama.  The direct citation is Michigan Law Review: First Impressions Vol. 107:22 2008.

The opening paragraph of Solum’s article states:

“What was the original public meaning of the phrase that establishes the eligibility for the office of President of the United States? There is general agreement on the core of its meaning. Anyone born on American soil whose parents are citizens of the United States is a ‘natural born citizen.’” (Emphasis added.)

CUT TO… OCTOBER 27th 2008.

Solum published the original article in September 2008.  But then something happened.

The issue of whether a dual citizen at birth may be considered a natural born citizen had been ignored in the run up to the election – prior to October 27, 2008 – when I brought my law suit, Donofrio v. Wells, against the New Jersey Secretary of State.  Up until then, the issue of Obama’s dual citizenship was not on the radar of voters, pundits, or journalists.

By 2010, the dual citizen issue had become common knowledge.   Today, four states - Montana, Nebraska, Tennessee and Arizona – have drafted bills requiring Presidential candidates to prove they have never been dual citizens, or that both of their parents were citizens of the United States when the candidate was born.  If any of those states actually pass such a law, Obama will not be eligible for inclusion on their ballots.

The President lectured a hand picked college crowd of constituents complete with hoots and hollers, applause, and refreshments.

Branding the Tucson tragedy; Obama and his advisers even handed out souvenir T-Shirts to his newly energized base.

Today in Rhode Island the Obama re-election campaign continued. Using civility and the new tone Obama lectured us about; his supporters yelled "I'll F**K YOU IN THE A** FA**OT!" to concerned citizens who are standing up to Obama's bussed in Union thugs who are violently attempting to nullify November's election and suck more money from the taxpayers.



Yesterday outside of the Freedom Works offices in DC the Obama re-election campaign showed even more civility.



Conservative activist Tabitha Hale was assaulted by one of Obama's union goons. The 5'1" female in a dress was violated and shoved by a 50ish Obama supporter.

Last week Obama's civility and new tone even caused Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker to end a legislative session due to death threats from Obama supporters.

Masks are coming off. The Hope & Change Goons are out in full display these days.

AFL-CIO President Richard (Dick) Trumka arrogantly bragged to reporters about his disturbing domination and alignment in Obama's White House. Shockingly, Trumka (Dick) boasts that he is in the White House 2-3 times a week and talks to the administration EVERYDAY.

By contrast MSLSD MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell reported the "fact there were half a dozen Cabinet members who had not heard from the president personally, had not gotten an phone call from the president or had an opportunity meet one-on-one him in the first two years."



Hmmm. What's going on gals/guys?

What's going on is that the Obama team needs the money from Union dues to finance their propaganda and to threaten and buy politicians and votes.

So what are we gonna do about it?

The first thing to do is to seriously consider who has the cojones to stand up to Obama and call out his lawless gangsta government in 2012.

Romney? Gingrich? Huckabee? Pawlently? Huntsman? Thune? Santorum? Trump? Daniels?

None of these boys have the cojones, or the sheer guts to call it as it is and not hold back punches for fear of the predictable LSM retaliation.

Make no mistake my friends. When the 2012 campaigns officially start anyone...ANYONE who calls out Obama will repeatedly be called: RAAACIST, divisive, mean-spirited, violent, crazy, and un-electable.



Do you trust any of those boys to be willing to put it all on the line and tell the truth about Obama and the state of our union today?

Do you trust any of them to take off their gloves, roll up their sleeves, and aggressively go head to head with Obama and defend the American way?

Deep down you all know that every single one of those boys will cave under media pressure and censor their message for fear of being called: RAAACIST, divisive, mean-spirited, violent, crazy, and un-electable.

There is and always has been only one leader who has consistently stood up for what is right, what is true, and taken the darts and arrows for daring to speak out about what Obama is doing to our Country.

Together we can help Sarah Palin show the electorate that there is more than enough reason to have faith in America.

The aloof, detached, and alien Obama presidency has been a moment of darkness for our country. Barack Obama has shown that America is a country he prefers to run down rather than build up.

My first meeting with young Barack Obama raised strong feelings and left me with a positive first impression.  At the time, I felt I'd persuaded a young man anticipating a Marxist-Leninist revolution to appreciate the more practical alternative of conventional politics as a channel for his socialist views. 

I met Obama in December of 1980, a couple of days after Christmas, in Portola Valley -- a small town near Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA.  I was a 23 year old second-year graduate student in Cornell's Government Department, and had flown to California to visit a 21 year old girlfriend, Caroline Boss.  Boss was a senior at Occidental College, where she had taken a class in the fall of 1980 with political theorist Roger Boesche.  She met and befriended Obama in that class.

I had been an angry Marxist revolutionary during my undergraduate career at Occidental College.  During my hyperactive sophomore year, in the fall of 1976, I founded the Marxist-Socialist group on campus and named it the Political Awareness Fellowship.  As I recall, I developed this innocuous sounding name because there were so few students on campus as radical as I, and I was fearful of turning off moderate students who might be willing to learn more about Marxist theory.

Energy: President Obama talks much of moving to sustainable energy. But as he blocks domestic drilling, the reality is he’s outsourced U.S. oil needs to mad-dog dictators like Libya’s Moammar Gadhafi. That’s even less sustainable.

Oil prices hit $100 a barrel Wednesday as thousands of Libyans marched in Tripoli. The crazed Gadhafi vowed to fight to "the last bullet," denouncing his own countrymen as "greasy rats" and turning his weapons of war on 1,000 of them.

He also threatened to incinerate his nation's oil wells as he goes down, an unsubtle suggestion to Big Oil companies operating in his country that they should act to save his regime.

As a result, oil is soaring because markets worry that a string of petro-tyrants will go down like Gadhafi and energy may soon become scarce.

How did it come to this? U.S. dependence on imports — from dictators like Gadhafi — is a big factor.

The problem is that we have no political will to drill. The U.S. has plenty of oil resources. Yet our president seems set on pursuing boutique alternative energy schemes dependent on huge public subsidies.

Arizona Senate Bill 1308 passed out of committee yesterday by an 8-5 vote.  This bill is a cleverly disguised attempt to protect President Obama from eligibility scrutiny.  It does this by declaring persons born with dual citizenship as natural born citizens.  But it does this in a very sneaky manner.

That’s right.  Arizona has now passed out of committee a bill which states that persons born with dual citizenship are natural born citizens of the United States.  This same bill is being considered by all states party to the compact.

So infamous congratulations to the 8 votes in Arizona who passed this unconstitutional bill to the full Senate floor.  They’ve just declared those born as dual citizens eligible to be Commander In Chief of the US Armed Forces.

The Arizona Republic completely failed to mention this incredible turn of events in their report:

“Late Tuesday, the committee advanced two of the bills, becoming the first state legislative committee in the nation to pass legislation intended to challenge the practice of granting citizenship to children born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants.
Committee members voted 8-5 to approve a controversial package of bills, which would challenge the 14th Amendment interpretation about citizenship.”

This so called “compact” is being pushed by a conglomerate of states, and it looks like it’s being done to protect Obama.  SB 1308 declares:

The Communist Party USA is promoting widespread protests across the United States in support of leftist and labor protesters in Wisconsin.

Reports Ohio Communist Party leader Rick Nagin reported from Columbus:

Former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland, the state AFL-CIO and its affiliates have called for a massive turnout for a rally Tuesday at the Statehouse in Columbus to protest a Republican bill to repeal collective bargaining for public employees.

In robocalls and emails sent throughout the state, Strickland said "the fate of Ohio's middle class is on the line" and urged people "to join with the thousands who will gather to oppose Senate Bill 5 and the rest of our opponents' backward agenda."

The agenda of Gov. John Kasich, who narrowly defeated Strickland in November, includes drastic cuts in health and education programs, abolishing the state's tax on large inheritances, privatizing agencies, such as the turnpike and prisons, curtailing reproductive freedom and restricting rights of immigrants.

"The people of Wisconsin are standing up and speaking out," Strickland said. "We must do likewise. We must defend the people of our state."

“I Love Lucy” and “The Andy Griffith Show” represented something good and wholesome; a sense of right and wrong. Andy (Sheriff Taylor) was my hero. He always knew when to sternly enforce the law and when to grant a little grace.

What has become of “that America”, where right is right and wrong is wrong; where good behavior is rewarded and bad behavior is punished?

We did not have any of this “Cultural and Moral Relativism” intellectual mumbo jumbo nonsense which is really code for “get out of my way and let me do evil”.

A young intern gave the married U.S. president oral sex and was rewarded with instant celebrity and her own television show. As for the president on the receiving end, left with a big smile on his face, the liberal media and his sycophants said, “Hey, “any” man given the same opportunity would have accepted the young woman's pleasuring”.

Black rapper, Kanye West made an irresponsible, divisive and outrageous statement on national TV. West said federal relief for victims of hurricane Katrina was slow because “President Bush hates black people”. A few days later, West received a music award and guest star appearances on several TV shows.

When it came to overthrowing Hosni Mubarek, the western media thrust itself into the situation and portrayed the uprising as a western-style demand for freedom.

The television screens were filled with stories of relatively western figures such as Google employee Wael Ghonim, who became the face of the new Egypt -- educated, professional, and desirous of freedom as we know it.

Now that Mubarek is gone, the western media mostly has moved on to the next revolution, secure in the perception that Egypt is moving in the right direction.

But that is a false comfort. As I posted yesterday, over a million Egyptians turned out in Tahrir Square last Friday to cheer the vile anti-Semitic Sunni cleric Sheik Yusuf al-Qaradawi, who had been exiled by Mubarek, and who espouses the fundamentalist Islamic view that Jews must live as Dhimmis under Islamic control.  Instead of accurately reporting the significance of this event, The New York Times whitewashed the cleric as someone who supports a "a pluralistic, multiparty, civil democracy."

Common Sense: Wisconsin Budget Cut

I have one simple statement and brief as possible, an overview of the situation about Governor Walker of Wisconsin and his so-called anti-Collective Bargaining bill and the grumbling state employees, and especially the union thugs who are causing so much trouble over it.

First of all, state government employees, like federal employees have enjoyed, at the taxpayer expense higher wages than the average American worker in the private sector and benefits that most of us only dream about.

Soft tyranny is an art form to behold.

President Obama recently asked a gathering of business leaders “what can you do for your country”? That is to say, other than work, employ, produce, innovate, and provide tax relief for a large portion of the country. The Founding Fathers very thoughtfully sought to ward off this kind of tyranny against the most productive among us by limiting the powers of the federal government. For all their tyranny prevention, the Nation’s Framers could never have imagined a President’s spouse one day lecturing her citizenry on boobs; especially the ones outside Washington D.C.

In that spirit, it’s time to take one for the team, ladies – and LACTATE!

Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” initiative marked its one-year birthday last week, and talk about a baby born with a silver spoon. The 2011 budget for Let’s Move includes $400 million in proposals, falling under the auspices of the USDA, Health and Human Services, and the Treasury Department: including funds for the elimination of ‘food deserts’ in underserved communities over the next seven years, affordable loans to small businesses and nonprofit developers in communities that lack access to affordable credit, as well as HHS’s “rubric of program components” aimed at the Healthy Foods Financing Initiatives.

Limited Democracy and the Reeve of the Constitution

[This is a follow-up to my three part series questioning whether the US Constitution is fatally flawed. In this article I recommend the creation of an office that is a combination policeman and foreign ambassador representing the Constitution, who is properly called a "Reeve." I also discuss the important difference between "limited government" and "limited democracy."]
We keep hearing and reading the phrase "limited government" on TV, on the radio, on the Internet and in news articles. The speaker or writer usually invokes the phrase with respect to the out-of-control American government. The speaker or writer is usually commenting on the expansiveness of the government and how it imposes itself into the affairs of ourselves, our families, and others.
"Limited government" is somewhat of a misnomer. A more appropriate phrase in America would be "limited democracy." When we say "limited government" we make it sound like the problem is the size and scope and personal imposition of the government. While government's size and impositions are definitely problems, they are after-effects, not causes. The whole point of the American style of democracy is to prevent the after-effects from happening by placing limits on practices that inevitably cause problems in society. Democracy, if left unchecked, inevitably devolves into statism, usually socialism. In fact, we can define socialism as the form of government that occurs when a democracy goes out of control due to its lack of proper limits.
Democratic governments go out of control either because they lack proper limits on their powers. Or because they lack firm enforcement of those limits as we are experience here in the US under the reign of Barack Obama and the leftists in Congress. History shows us that all democracies eventually go out of control, eventually weakening because their actions become neither moral nor rational. Democracies eventually end as Madison describes in Federalist No. 10, "as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths." We observe that fact in history and in current events. We see many of the world's governments copying the American example, so they suffer from the same economic and social problems America suffers today. We watch in angst as America and the other constitutional republics totter on the verge of collapse, a collapse brought about either by the democracies' inability to follow the proper written laws which would prevent self-destructive governmental practices, or because the democracies don't enforce those laws.
The Federalist Papers make clear that the American republic is a form of representative democracy. In other words, the American constitutional republic is a form of democracy, one in which the people exercise their democracy through elected representatives, and in which the laws in the Constitution limit the powers of government so that self-destructive powers are not practiced. At least, those were the intentions when the Constitution was framed.
The main problem we find in American economy and society is the fact that the limits (or "borders") are not well guarded. The federal government trespasses on the borders regularly and with ease. The people in a democracy bear the ultimate responsibility for defending their own governmental borders, yet, our democratic body chooses to not defend those borders, so we observe today that our democracy is well on its way to its own sudden and violent end.

Black comedian Chris Rock was interviewed for the March issue of Esquire by writer Scott Raab.

"Like many nice Caucasians, I cried the night Barack Obama was elected," said Raab. "It was one of the high points in American history. And all that’s happened since the election is just a sh—storm of hatred. You want to weigh in on that?"

Rock replied...

"I actually like it, in the sense that—you got kids?" asked Rock. "Kids always act up the most before they go to sleep. And when I see the Tea Party and all this stuff, it actually feels like racism’s almost over. Because this is the last—this is the act up before the sleep. They’re going crazy. They’re insane. You want to get rid of them—and the next thing you know, they’re f—-ing knocked out. And that’s what’s going on in the country right now." 

As a black Tea Party patriot, I was asked to reply to Rock's comments.

A Bible parable speaks of a rich man who is suffering in hell. He sees Lazarus in paradise and pleads with him to send someone to warn his brothers so they will not suffer his fate. The man is told such an effort would be useless. His brothers will not believe.

I am convinced, there are poor souls, black and white, who are so consumed with their own prejudices and “mind numb” liberal mindsets, they will never believe the truth about the Tea Party or Obama.

Is Chris Rock a racist mind numb liberal ideologue? I do not know. Perhaps, he is simply ill-informed regarding the true nature of the Tea Party.

However, given Rock's high profile platform, his unfounded and undocumented accusation that millions of white Tea Party patriots are solely motivated by racism against a black man is extremely irresponsible, divisive and racist.

Typical of youths, Rock's many young fans are probably not intense followers of politics. So, if Rock says the Tea Party is racist, in their minds, it is gospel. The Bible says, “To whom much is given, much is required”. Given who he is, Rock had a responsibility to invest a little research before disparaging millions and planting seeds of hate in the minds of his fans. Chris blew it.

Chris Rock's absurd remarks about the Tea Party Movement are totally in keeping with ill-informed blacks that only get their news from the left wing media.

Obviously, Rock does not have a clue what the Tea Party Movement is about. The movement has nothing to do with race and everything to do with principles, values, liberty and freedom.

Rock's ignorant comments confirm the importance of spreading our message to the black community. Kudos to the Black Tea Party.

Consequences: The green lobby assured everyone it knew what it was doing when it got a judge to cut water to Central Valley farmers to save the delta smelt. But while the Valley economy is now ruined, it hasn't helped the smelt.

Some day, environmental radicals will be held accountable for crimes against the ecosystem — the human ecosystem.

Back in 2007, they convinced federal Judge Oliver Wanger to rule that the Endangered Species Act gave the federal government the right to cut water to thousands of farmers in California's Central Valley to protect a 3-inch baitfish called the delta smelt.

That ruling turned many of the Valley's prized vineyards and almond groves into wastelands. Jobs were lost, family farms were shut, fields went fallow and food prices rose.

The Huffington Post has reported that the 40-year-old congresswoman for Arizona is on the mend after being shot from point-blank range by 22-year-old Jarod Loughner, whose killing spree on January 8 left six people dead and another thirteen people were injured in the shooting.

The Tucson-born Democrat has been responding well to her rehabilitation and is diligent with her daily therapy, her doctor has said. And she is described by a family friend as being in a 'great mood'.

Judge Tells Government to Resume Permits for Drilling

WASHINGTON — A federal judge in New Orleans on Thursday ordered the Obama administration to move quickly on permits for new deepwater oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico, saying that the government could no longer justify long delays in allowing new projects to go forward. …
“Not acting at all is not a lawful option,” Judge Feldman wrote, adding that the delays are “increasingly inexcusable” and were causing drilling companies to relocate their rigs to foreign waters.

Not only that, Judge Feldman has ordered the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) to act on five pending permits within 30 days, and to report on its progress to the court. Those permits have been pending for as much as 10 months.

The House GOP approved an amendment to a government-spending bill that would block funding for the Obama administration’s so-called policy "czars,” appointed advisers to the president that have been much-criticized by Republicans. 

The vote was 249-171.

The amendment, offered by Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), specifically targets Obama’s “climate czar” by blocking funding for the assistant to the president for energy and climate change, the position's official title. The amendment would block funding for the 'czars' through the end of the fiscal year, when the spending bill would run out. The underlying bill also includes a provision to block funding for the position.

For Americans who don't think the welfare state riots of France or Greece can happen here, we recommend a look at the union and Democratic Party spectacle now unfolding in Wisconsin. Over the past few days, thousands have swarmed the state capital and airwaves to intimidate lawmakers and disrupt Governor Scott Walker's plan to level the playing field between taxpayers and government unions.

Mr. Walker's very modest proposal would take away the ability of most government employees to collectively bargain for benefits. They could still bargain for higher wages, but future wage increases would be capped at the federal Consumer Price Index, unless otherwise specified by a voter referendum. The bill would also require union members to contribute 5.8% of salary toward their pensions and chip in 12.6% of the cost of their health insurance premiums.

If those numbers don't sound outrageous, you probably work in the private economy.

The game is this: Say that you want to find domestic oil and gas in a "smart" way, so you have to study things for a while.

Then let enviros tie you up in court to block what you really don't want to do anyway, increase America's supply of domestic energy, keeping jobs and money here.

On Tuesday, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar announced that the Obama administration is going to take a "fresh look" at oil shale leasing rules put forward in 2008 by President George W. Bush to develop oil-rich land in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming.
